It is only 30 meters far from Monastiraki square (Metro Station).Within walking distance from the most famous historic monuments, and 900 meters from the Acropolis! It has direct access to the metro line connecting the airport with the city center (from Monastiraki Metro Station). It is also located in an extremely safe area and from your window you can enjoy a view to the Acropolis.

Athens apartment

The apartment is beautifully kept, comfortable and well supplied. It’s also beautifully quiet even though you are in the heart of Athens’ tourist district. Convenient to walk to everything. Just an excellent place.

Great location to food, transportation and local sites. The host gave numerous great dining and general recommendations. And helped with transportation. The apartment was very clean. No issues at all. The luggage storage a few steps away was very handy as well. I would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Athens

The apartment is a great place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous during our hot days. Very close to transit and the various sights you may want to see during your stay. Highly recommended!

Ermou apartment

The apartment was amazing. Very spacious, great location and so fun. Everything was very clean and checking in was seamless. The metro (Manastraki) was right across the street. If we get back to Athens, we would stay here again.

The Beating Heart of Athens

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens made for an amazing stay. A view of the Parthenon made it even more incredible. The nightlife in the area was robust! The area food was delicious and shopping was abundant. Super close wonderful breakfast spot literally within a stone’s throw. Our host was so very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He even arranged our rides to and from the airport and our driver was a delightful fountain of information.

Amazing Stay

This is the perfect location for visiting Athens. Located right in the center of shopping, spice and fish market, near the Acropolis, I did my morning runs up to it from the apartment. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms, laundry, 2 bathrooms and lots of space to spread out. WiFi is great and the Host is amazing. You will enjoy your stay here when visiting Athens. Thank you for the amazing stay Mikail! I will be back.

Superior apt., convenient location, responsive host

We stayed 11 days this spring and it was wonderful in every way. It is a very lively area at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging up to midnight and on weekends, beyond that time. The host is extremely attentive. The pro's highly out-way the "lively" issue. As very seasoned travelers, we definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this stay.

Central to it all!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (twin 18 year olds and parents). It was well-stocked with water, coffee, and breakfast bites. The location was central to shopping, amazing dining, and within walking distance of the Acropolis. There was city noise at night but we loved the vibrancy of the area and the noise was a welcome part of that. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The host communicated with us quickly when we had questions. This is a perfect place to call home base as you experience Athens!

Great centrally located place to stay in Athens

Great place to stay with nice, clean space, big kitchen, air-conditioning, and a washer. Liked that there was a bathroom and a half-bathroom. Host was great! Very responsive with lots of helpful information. The apartment was located close to lots of great shops, restaurants, and historical sites were only a walk away. We would definitely stay here again. Only negatives: Stairs going up to the apartment were uneven and not well-lit, so watch your step. Also lots of street noise at night, but not out-of-the ordinary for being in the city, so just bring earplugs.

Fantastic Stay with Michail in Athens!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens! Michail was a fantastic host! He arranged for a driver to pick us up and we used the driver several other times. He is quick to respond to any needs you may have. The apartment is large, comfortable, bright, and well stocked with pretty much anything you will need. The apartment is in a wonderful location near the sites, restaurants, rooftop bars, and with a grocery next door. Beware of the taxi drivers outside the apartment as one took advantage of us. It is 40 Euros to the airport so any distances near the apartment should be less than 20 Euros and make sure they use the meter. We would definitely stay here again!

Athens getaway

This location is perfect to walk around the city center as well as dine in the many restaurants nearby. Plus shopping for anything you would need is probably a 15 minute walk away. Michael is a wonderful host providing detailed instructions re the apartment, local restaurants, and things to do that would be a must see. Bottled water and juice plus pastries and Greek toast, with jelly was provided and greatly appreciated. The three bedroom 1.5 baths is beautifully furnished and is very welcoming and cozy. The ac units work great as it was in the high 90s when we were there. The washing machine was used often and he provided instructions in English. Plus it is very clean. Michael kindly arranged a taxi both ways to and from the airport which was very convenient. He was the perfect host checking in and seeing if we needed anything. I would recommend this beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the many restaurants Michael recommended but we especially enjoyed the Melina Mercouri Cafe for dinner and drinks.

Great stay at a great location

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The location, right at Monastiraki market, was very convenient! Easy to access metro, many restaurants, the acropolis, etc etc.The host was amazing with providing information about restaurants and tourist attractions. He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was very helpful!The laundry machine was very much appreciated as well. It was very hot on the days we were here and the AC worked wonderfully. The only negative was the noise at night which is understandable given the central busy location of the apartment.

We stayed with our young adult daughters as a family of 5. The location was perfect- right near both Monastiraki and Psyri squares. The apartment was plenty spacious for 5 and spotless. (Although read the small print about pricing- it goes up with each person) They gave us many containers of especially delicious juice and other treats and also sent recommendations. We loved the usual acropolis visit. I also recommend the outdoor movie theater with views of the acropolis and an urban art tour through get your guide. The posted photos are accurate

This was the perfect spot for our family trip to Athens. The apartment is great and easily big enough for our family of 5. The Pool table added much entertainment. The location cannot be beat- allowed is to walk easily everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very helpful and responsive. While it is located in an area with a lot of night life the noise did not disrupt our sleep. So happy we chose this option for our trip!!!!!
