This is a newly built home(2022). We put thought into each upgrade to insure that you are comfortable and enjoy the home to its maximum potential. Some of the upgrades include arched entryways, 8 foot doors, gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, 3 panel stacking sliding glass door with extended rear patio, contemporary gas fireplace and an oversized master walk-in shower.

We do our best to make you feel at home. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, iron and ironing board, and each bathroom has its own blowdryer.

We stayed here while attending the Special Olympics Cornhole Tournament and the home was perfect for our group. It was easy to find, and the directions and tips about nearby places were very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the home itself was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Home accommodates group of older friends.

House was clean, well maintained and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. The large open area allowed us as a group of friends to socialize while cooking and sharing meals.

Graduation weekend

My family and I came to Las Cruces for my son’s college graduation and had a great stay. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to stay all together which help make dealing with the logistics of the situation very convenient. Venessa was easy to communicate with and the instructions for our stay were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely book this property again.

Overall stay was excellent. Home is new, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed. And there is a ninja park in the neighborhood which was fun for the kids.

Great stay

Property was as listed and had enough basic supplies for the stay. I would suggest that the listing should indicate that you need to bring your own laundry and dishwashing supplies as well as body wash and shampoo. We had a great experience overall.

Spacious accommodation for family gathering

In town for a birthday celebration. This house accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Had family over for dinner one night and it was great! Newer subdivision conveniently located to many amenities. Very minor hiccup checking in, but property manager was responsive and resolved quickly.

This home has wonderful potential. We were surprised to find the couch partially covered in moving blankets and peeling. No one could sit on it without getting pieces of the faux leather stuck to you and this debris was all over the house. The floor was dirty as evidenced by black feet after walking barefoot in the home. Crumbs were found in a bed. The host offered to send the cleaning crew back out but due to the very uncomfortable living area our family had to end our stay early. The host was very communicative until concerns were brought to their attention and are still unresolved.

Pleasant Experience

We were totally surprised by the size of the home. From the outside it looks small but once inside the rooms are large. Construction aside it was easy to get to and not far from all the amenities. Would highly recommend it.

Enchanting Stay in Las Cruces

Venessa was an excellent host with great communication and attention to detail, supporting our families arrival and departure needs. The property is in pristine condition and very well appointed!!! The house had the perfect amount of space for our needs. The beds were absolutely fantastic, the best we've ever had at a rental!! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with convenient access to nearby shops and amenities. The décor is a modern southwestern which compliments the local scene. You can't go wrong with this rental, we look forward to staying here again!

You won’t regret staying here!

This property is located in a newly built development. The property itself is brand new. Extremely clean! Very well decorated with all the amenities you need. Place is exactly how the photos depict it. Vennesa is a wonderful host. Very quick to communicate and was gracious enough to let us check in early when the property was ready after a long morning of traveling. Highly recommend! You won’t regret stayin here!

Las cruces

The house was beautiful not very well equipped. Coffee maker didn’t work they expected dishes to be washed with only 2 dishwasher pods ,3 trash bags for 4 nights. The faux leather couch was peeling and coming off when you sat on it. The house also wasn’t very clean other peoples hair in the shower/sinks. If these issues were addressed they could probably ask more. Communication with our host was lacking and took her next day or longer to answer
