Attention to details needed

The place was nice, clean, and spacious but there must have been at least 10-15 ceiling lights that were out making for dark rooms, hallways, stairwell, etc. The front door (and deck door) are both very difficult to open and close, especially when trying to lock them as they're not gliding closed and must be slammed very hard in order to engage and lock.
