The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and kitchenware. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.



The most notable feature of the apartment is the large private terrace with magnificent views of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is cosy and very peaceful thanks to its privileged position in the building's penthouse.

And with a pleasant 12-minute stroll you reach one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Paseo de Gracia, where you will find two emblematic Gaudí buildings: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. You can also visit the Sant Pau hospital, a modernist work that is 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

It is very important that guests follow the rules. These are some of the basic rules:

- Do not smoke in the apartment.

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- Do not accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



To avoid disturbing neighbours, access to the terrace is not permitted from 23:00 to 09:00.



The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and for the first 7 nights of the stay.



The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an additional paid cleaning service if needed.
