Farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and surrounded by the quiet of the countryside with suggestive views and enchanting panoramas. Possibility of walks in the nearby forest where it is possible to admire spontaneous flowers of various species. In the surrounding area you can discover small remote villages and visit the beautiful Romanesque church of S. George.
The house is equipped with kitchen with fireplace, dining room, 4 bedrooms for a total of 7 beds plus the possibility of adding an additional bed in the living room, two bathrooms, attic with fireplace and satellite TV and washing machine on the ground floor. Outside there is a large garden with table and relaxation armchairs, internet service. It is possible to request a cot and high chair for children.
On request it is possible to have bed linen and towels.
The weekly stay allows excursions in the city of Lucca, in Versilia, Garfagnana and Mediavalle; Pisa, Pistoia, Florence, Siena, Le 5 Terre can easily be reached.

Amazing place and fantastic hosts

Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Francesco was very helpful with directions prior to arrival. His parents are close by and are lovely people and made the stay very special. A truly magical place with breathtaking views and pristine nature. Lucca is also very close with excellent restaurants and rich history. A great authentic place to stay for anyone visiting the area.

In the land of Jimmy Cricket

Challenging uphill ride to an oasis of tranquility, plenty of room, perfect views, parents of the owner live nextdoor and are welcoming and helpful, but respectful of your privacy. Orchestre of crickets in the olive tree orchards, sound of silene 😉, very relaxing place

My niece and I had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! His parents, Lisa and Normano, made us feel like old friends and the grounds are beautiful, full of fruits and flowers! The drive up the mountain was a little tight at some points so it's not for the faint of heart but well worth it. The 2-story house is perfect for a family or friend group. There are spaces to have some alone time (inside and outside) as well as a large kitchen to cook and eat together. It's about an hour drive and 10 toll to Florence and a little less to Lucca. We drove each day and then came back in the afternoons to spend time in nature. There's an Esselunga supermarket at the bottom of the mountain where you can stock up before you head up. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

Ganz reizende Gastgeber, tolle Lage, wenn auch etwas mühsame Anfahrt. Dafür kann man von der Tür weg loswandern, sich mit sehr schöner Aussicht in den Garten setzen. Wir haben es genossen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt herrlich ruhig auf einem Hügel mit fantastischem Blick ins Tal, mitten in der Natur und ideal zum Abschalten. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm zurückhaltend. Die Anfahrt den Berg hinauf ist etwas länger und zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man rund 30 Minuten, aber die Ruhe und der Ausblick machen das absolut wett. Für alle, die einen ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Ort zur Erholung suchen, ist es einfach perfekt.

Geweldige 5 weken gehad

Wat een prachtige plek midden op de berg. Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit mooie, grote en schone huis. De eigenaren zijn hele lieve mensen en heel benaderbaar. Je zit midden in de natuur waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Het is wel 15 min door de bergen rijden voordat je weer op een wat grotere weg komt. Wij raden deze plek zeker aan!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten in den Bergen der Toscana was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da unser Transporter zu lang war um bis zum Haus zugelangen erhielten wir sogar hier Hilfe vom Besitzer der uns kurzer Hand hin und her fuhr.

Fijn verblijf

Het was een fijn verblijf, met aardige eigenaren. Ruime tuin, fijne plek om te zitten. De jongens konden basketballen. Er staat vaak een lekker windje, waardoor het koeler is dan in het dal. Airco in huis is ook fijn. Enige nadeel is de toegankelijkheid naar het huis toe.

Märchenhafte Umgebung!

Wir haben sehr schöne, aber viel zu kurze drei Tage hier verbracht. Der Francesco hat uns den Weg sehr genau beschrieben, nur auf den letzten 300 Meter haben wir uns Hilfe holen müssen, da wir nicht sicher waren, ob das richtige Weg seien sollte. Die Umgebung und die Aussichten sind märchenhaft! Das Haus ist ein wirklicher Traum. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn man Fragen oder Sachen braucht, wird einem sofort geholfen. Die Anfahrt wird einem geübten und erfahrenen Fahrer empfohlen, am besten mit höher gesetztem Auto, damit man mit Unterboden nicht aufsetzt. Die Strecke hat mir und meinem Sohn persönlich sehr viel Spaß gemacht, aber derjenige, wer sich das zutraut, soll sehr auf den Gegenverkehr achten und vor der Kurve immer hupen, um Andere zu warnen, dass ein Fahrzeug entgegen kommt. Pisa ist 50 Min. und wunderschöne, und sehr empfehlenswerte Lucca, 25 Min. entfernt. Leider haben wir in drei Tagen keine Zeit gefunden, um mit Hausbesitzern die Zeit zu verbringen, da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren. Man hat sich wie bei eigenen Großeltern früher verborgen gefühlt. Mann soll miteinander Zeit verbringen, vielleicht mit einer Flasche Wein, Käse und Weintraube abends ein bisschen zu plaudern, oder auch mit Espresso... Das werden wir sehr gerne nachholen! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Mit sonnigen Grüßen, Familie Wagner.

Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen

Das Haus liegt in den Bergen, hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (sie wohnen nebenan). Der Garten ist wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und beim nächsten Aufenthalt sprechen wir hoffentlich besser italienisch.

Tranquility

The road to the accommodation is winding and narrow but worth it. The house sits in a beautiful setting and is so peaceful and tranquil. It is a lovely house equipped with everything you need and the hosts are next door and are very friendly , welcoming and helpful. Our family originates from Tuscany and it was so nice to return once again. A beautiful house a peaceful get away where we felt welcomed and cared for , Gracie mille ❤️
