Just 70 steps to the beach! Very nice ocean view.
Accommodations include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10.
Master Bedroom: Queen bedroom on the 1st floor, closet, dressers, private entrance to full bath w/ shower stall.
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom, second floor, closet, dresser, cable TV
Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk room (double set) with full size beds on the bottom of each bunk and a single on the top of each bunk, tv/vcr, dresser, second floor.
Bathroom: Full bath, second floor with tub and shower.
Living Room: Cable TV/dvd
Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tea kettle.
Upper deck with new deck chairs and side tables.
Ground Level: Gas Grill, picnic table and outdoor shower.
Golf cart available for an additional fee.

Not Included: Linens (sheets, towels - bath, beach and kitchen) are NOT included. Bath soap, toiletries, detergents and paper products are NOT included.

HOUSE RULES:
Rates & Fees, including departure cleaning fees, are not negotiable.
RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD MIN AND PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
No pets.
No smoking.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

Upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle and pay the parking pass fee of $12.00 per day (current rate may change), at the Ocean Lakes Main Office before continuing through security entrance. Ocean Lakes is a family oriented property with 24 hour patrolled security. All guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dishes must all be washed and put away. Checkout is promptly at 10:00 am. No late checkouts
If you purchased the linen package put all the linens which came in the package in the bag they came in and carry it to the garage and leave it against the garage door.
Be sure to put the house key(s) back in the lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No alcohol allowed off our property or in the golf cart. If the propane for the grill runs out guests refill or pay for the exchange.
Golf Cart is not to be taken off the Ocean Lakes Property. You must follow the golf cart curfew rules set by Ocean Lakes. Guests must be preapproved
Do not move the furniture around. You will be charged for scratches/damage to walls or furniture. There is a gas grill for guests. Guest fill tank

Vitamin Sea!

We had an amazing stay. The location of the house is perfect. You are so close to the beach and have a beautiful view. The golf cart was great to have. We had no issues and had everything we needed for our family trip.

Great location!

Very nice home with an excellent location. Back and forth from the beach to the house was an extremely simple process which made our beach days that much more enjoyable. The house itself has plenty of room for eight people with an excellent view from the deck. I would certainly rent this home again!

Family vacation with a view

Loved the house and how it was just a few feet to the beach. The view of the beach every morning was amazing. We had an issue with the golf cart but the owners jumped on the problem fast and had it fixed. I would recommend this place and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The inside was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better—just a quick walk and you’re there! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The deck is a great spot to relax and hang out, though it is starting to show some weathering. Still, everything came together for a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful

Beautiful property with great view of beach. Everything was just like pics. Only complaints were squeaky beds and very tight parking and slow response times for from property owner when I asked questions. But no biggie- Would def stay here again.

Family beach week

Overall our stay was great. We had a storm that took out the upstairs AC unit. The owner was responsive and had it fixed the next morning. Our suggestions for the property would be better mattresses. We purchased a mattress topper for the master bedroom and the other beds were very squeaky. The double bunks were questionable. However we had everything else we needed and had a great trip.
