One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in! Thoughtful touches throughout the house. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of kitchen supplies and linens, and every bed had plenty of pillows. Thanks for having a welcomed minimal, realistic list of “please do before you leave” tasks! Location is convenient and easy to find. The second living room provides everyone with quiet space after a day of fun. Great backyard and deck. A terrific place, and we were even visited by local deer :)

This property was perfect. We were in town for a graduation and it was very close to the University of Montana. It was clean and comfortable and everything you could want was provided. Extra blankets, extra towels, spices, shampoo and conditioner and the kitchen was fully stocked. The upstairs and downstairs family room areas were great! Board and card games were provided. The backyard was huge! We will definitely stay here on future trips!

This was the perfect place for our family gathering in town for a wedding. Our group ranged in age 70 to 3.5 (and 1 dog), and the accommodations, amenities and supplies were exactly what everyone needed. We’re anxious to visit again in the summer or early fall to take advantage of the deck and backyard which look very inviting. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Convenient location and beautiful home

Our family enjoyed the convenient location of this home to restaurants, shops, and the university. The house was very well laid out for the variety of ages staying at the property and is in a very walkable/bikable neighborhood.

Great stay

We had a nice dad's weekend complete with a football game. The house was perfect, a tiny bit further than we wanted to walk but the house made it worth it. We loved it and hope to return.

Amazing stay

Loved this place! A lot roomier than the pictures show. Excellent place to gather with large family gathering and the weather was in our favor for enjoying the outside deck. Will definitely try to rent this again!!
