About this property

Spring into Savings! March & April Discounts!

Beautifully renovated home less than a half mile from the University of Montana and two miles to historic Downtown Missoula. There are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level, with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the lower level. Two separate living areas, each with a 50” Smart TV, provide space for your group to spread out and relax. New central A/C added in autumn 2022 to cool down after a hot day!

We supply all of the comforts and conveniences of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a gourmet or simple meal. All bed linens and towels are provided for our guests. Unwind on the spacious backyard deck with seating area and gas grill, while your four legged friends enjoy the lovely shaded yard.

Just a short 3 minute stroll from the house is a stop for the FREE Mountain Line Transit System bus. Their extensive network can take you almost anywhere you need to go in Missoula, including the airport.

Our property managers, Shannon and Cait, are available locally to answer your questions and share their recommendations for their favorite Missoula activities.

** Cait is also a licensed massage therapist in Missoula, with her own adorable studio in town. Please contact us if you have want to schedule a service at a discounted rate for our guests.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering in town for a wedding. Our group ranged in age 70 to 3.5 (and 1 dog), and the accommodations, amenities and supplies were exactly what everyone needed. We’re anxious to visit again in the summer or early fall to take advantage of the deck and backyard which look very inviting. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Convenient location and beautiful home

Our family enjoyed the convenient location of this home to restaurants, shops, and the university. The house was very well laid out for the variety of ages staying at the property and is in a very walkable/bikable neighborhood.

Great stay

We had a nice dad's weekend complete with a football game. The house was perfect, a tiny bit further than we wanted to walk but the house made it worth it. We loved it and hope to return.

The property is all they advertised!

This was a working vacation to finalize a reunion. The property is centrally located, easy to get anywhere in Missoula. Very clean, and well decorated. With four bedrooms it was perfect for the four of us.. The Host was VERY accommodating and responded to our questions quickly! Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful student visit!

We stayed with our son and 3 of his new teammates. The boys were able to walk to campus and explore their new neighborhood. The home was perfect for our group and we will for sure be staying moreover the next 4 years.

Real MVP

In town for hockey tournament. This was a great little place with lots of space for friends and gatherings! Perfect location just blocks from everything you would need! Nice upstairs/downstairs separation for those you can’t party as hard as other! definitely recommend!
