Cozy Safe Affordable Private Space 1/2 House w/ Hospitality!

Be absolutely certain to READ entire add prior to booking! No refunds for anything you have not read. Entire lower level basement 1/2 house w/Private Entrance. Large Shower. I wash dry and fold your clothing for you + use the laundry when you are not home, w/ prior permission if you don't plan on going out. Kitchenette w/ ability to cook + Dining Area. Close to Zoo, Airport, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Museums, Edgewater Beach Park, Dining, Bars, Cleveland Metro Parks. Bus on the corner. Easy parking. You can have peace & quiet w/no one banging around over your head. Available to help you 24/7. We absolutely do not allow smoking in the space but for outside. People do smoke upstairs and nearby so there is potential to smell smoke. Fresh flowers provided when able. If you are especially sensitive please look further as this is not a closed air system and windows are open much of the time. No using iron on Floor, or Bed and Ironing Board is Provided.
I go above and beyond to please my guests having experience as a Super Host! Covered Patio outdoor table and, Outdoor Grill for you to use with advanced notice.

Tremendous host with impeccable taste

Grace’s place is adorned with beautiful antiques and attention to every detail. She made sure I had everything that I needed and then left me extras. I highly recommend her place.

Good place for a quick trip and place to sleep. Host goes out of the way to supply with amenities, food and snacks.

Comfortable place to stay

Enjoyed my stay here. Plenty of space and Mary takes good care to have everything clean wand generously supplied lots of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There is however a smell of cigarettes in the carpet and furniture.

The carpets had jut been steamed as well as the sofa I try to do between each guest, and is clearly stated that people who do smoke have stayed here, although not permitted to smoke in the space. No complaint was made during the stay, only praises for the dinner I made for you :) Thanks!
