Charming apartment of 75 m2 that can accommodate 8 people, with balcony and terrace, facing south, very bright, in a private chalet (three apartments in all), private parking. Exceptional environment 4 minutes walk from the heart of the village of Monetier les Bains, shops, and the departure of the shuttles. The start of the slopes is 15 minutes on foot, otherwise the shuttle is 4 minutes.
On the ground floor a heated room for skis, boots, jackets, bikes, etc.
A bathroom with bath, dryer and washing machine.
A south-facing terrace with table, barbecue, deckchair, etc.
Ground floor 1: Two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, another with three single beds, and separate toilet.
Ground floor: Living room of 25 m2, with fully equipped kitchen, dining room table (extendable to 8 places), lounge area with fireplace (wood provided). Breathtaking view of the entire valley. A balcony to the south, and a large terrace to the north (shared with the neighboring apartment) with outdoor table.
In R + 3: Room in mezzanine with room of water and toilet.

Perfect chalet in stunning ski village

Great chalet a couple of minutes walk from the village and easy access to the ski slopes.Compact but beautifully presented and extremely well equipped. Perfect area and accommodation for families so already planning a return visit.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Monetier

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 1 week while skiing in Serre Chevalier. There were 7 of us in all. It’s a lovely characterful apartment set on four floors. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining lounge area is very comfortable with incredible views of the skiiing area. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and find our own places when we wanted to. Downstairs is a very useful ski storage area. The apartment is just up a short hill from Monetier that challenged the legs slightly after a days skiing. The village is only minutes away by foot and the ski bus service in the village is excellent, we hardly had to wait at all to get to the slopes. Monetier is lovely and has a good range of shops and restaurants. All in all it’s a lovely apartment in a beautiful place. I wouldn’t hesitate to hear again. Thoroughly recommended.

Semaine Ski et Calme

Chalet très bien équipé, idéal pour 6 personnes. Vie magnifique sur les montagnes de Serre Chevalier. Nous avons bien profité des journées de skis (prévoir de réserver des places à la consigne à skis ou de prendre la voiture) et des soirées au coin du feu. Entre les deux, des commerces très bien fournis et les grands bains : au top

Tres belle experience

Nous avons passe une tres belle semaine dans cet appartement decore avec bq de gout. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Petit bemol..la pression de l'eau qui est parfois absente ds la douche du haut. A recommander.

Séjour exceptionnel . "Un appartement où il fait bon vivre ". Il est soigné et d'une propreté exceptionnelle!!! Il ne manque rien, décoration, exposition , vue, espace , aménagements , à deux pas du village , et à 10 minutes à pieds des pistes . Les propriétaires sont tops!!! Un grand merci à eux.
