This lovely home has 3 bedrooms each with queen sized memory foam mattress. It also has a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps an additional person. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Mercyhurst University and is within a 15-minute drive of Presque Isle, downtown Erie, and the Presque Isle Downs Casino. This house is child and pet-friendly. There is a smart TV that allows you to login to the multitude of streaming apps available. The kitchen comes stocked with all you need to enjoy cooking at home in addition to a Keurig coffee machine. A true home away from home!

The house was very clean and open, no clutter. My mother who is 91 and uses a walker was able to easily get around the house, which in my opinion is a very big plus. The hospitality was superior with many little extras, coffee, creamer, shampoo, etc. Highly recommend!

House is clean and well stocked. Only problem I had was the proximity to undesirable neighborhoods since we had a boat with us that had thousands of dollars in equipment on it. No place to secure it from sticky fingered passer byers.
