1 living/dining room with sofa, TV, SEA VIEW -
1 kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine -
1 double room with a double bed -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Gas heating. Private parking space. Washing machine dryer. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog allowed -10kg), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, [hidden]
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
