In Beaupréau (49), 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1:15 from the Atlantic coast, 40 minutes from Terra Botanica and Angers, 2 hours from Futuroscope.

GÎTE Pierre Aubrée (FB account) for 8 people (10 people with extra beds available) with an adjoining room of 60m2.

Serge and Nadège will be happy to welcome you in a green setting, overlooking a pond of 10,000 m2 where you will enjoy walking or fishing.
On the ground floor :
- 1 living room of 50 m2 with kitchen (microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven) and lounge (BZ, tv, DVD player and board games) .1 laundry / umbrella lend on request, high chair, bath ring, chair restorer.
UPSTAIRS :
- 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90/190 and a bed 140/190 mezzanine
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.
- 1 sofa bed in the living room.
With the cottage you have an adjoining ROOM (inseparable from the rental of the cottage), can accommodate 40 people sitting with kitchen, fridge, toilet, for your family reunions or with friends, you will have leisure to entertain you around the pool, electronic darts, poker table, badminton games etc.).

The cottage includes a closed patio and landscaped facing south with sunbeds, garden furniture. In the back closed ground of 1000m2.

PRICES:

- NIGHT the week: 90 € minimum 2 nights.
- WEEKEND: 380 € from May to September.
290 € From October to April.
-SEMAINE * from Saturday to Saturday 550 € (May to September)
450 € the rest of the year, heating included.
WEEK END CHRISTMAS AND LUNCH of 31st

un très beau gite extrêmement bien équipé, des hôtes d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande gentillesse. La salle de jeux est géniale, le logement très confortable, les espaces sont très bien conçus et esthétique, nous étions nombreux mais tout le monde avait son espace et nous nous sommes immédiatement senti en vacances. parfait, véritablement parfait! Agréable maison, très bien soignée mes enfants et petits enfants on adoré ainsi que nous . Un gite parfait entre amis!

Un très bon séjour. L'environnement du gite est superbe, calme, en pleine nature, idéal pour se ressourcer et prendre le temps... Sympa la petite ballade autour de l'étang! Les 2 terrasses du gites sont très appréciables. Le patio est vraiment top. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et n'avons pas vraiment profité des équipements mis à disposition dans la grande salle... mais bon à savoir, il aurait pu faire mauvais temps, on ne se serait pas ennuyé!!! Tout y est! Concernant le gite en lui même: Rien à redire. Propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel, décoré avec gout! Nous recommandons pour une escapade dans les Mauges!

All you need in lovely countryside location

We had a wonderful stay. Check in very easy and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Beautiful countryside, a lovely lake with great sunsets and pedalo for the kids! Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Nadege & Serge verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten sich vor Ort die Zeit zu verbringen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir den Spielraum sehr gut nutzen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wurden zu den möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten sehr gut beraten. Es gibt viele schöne Ausflugmöglichkeiten für Familien in der Umgebung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.
