This spacious ground-floor holiday home is thoughtfully laid out for comfortable group stays, featuring a bright living room with a TV, a dining table, and ample seating for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a practical pantry for added storage. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or mixed groups, with five bedrooms offering a king-size bed, two single beds, a bunk bed, and two double beds. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets ensure convenience even at full occupancy. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, while amenities such as a washing machine and on-site parking make longer stays easy and relaxed. There's also a beautiful cycle route along the Loire, passing through charming towns like Ancenis. The Natural Park, about 30 minutes from the holiday home, is highly recommended for children. There's plenty to do and see there, from climbing and ziplining to seeing unique animals. Mauges-sur-Loire - the village is nestled in a green, rural setting on the south bank of the Loire River.
