15 km from Ancenis and 1.5 km from St Florent le Vieil, in the heart of a charming fishing village on the banks of the Loire, peace and quiet await you in this traditional semi-detached house. Public parking 50m away. Unfenced outdoor space of 50 m² with terrace (south facing) and small view of the Loire.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open but separate fitted kitchen, shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 memory foam beds + 1 90x190 bed, 2: 140x190 bed), bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio, complete baby equipment.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, towels and wood. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
