Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. You can enjoy the outdoors for hours with the two fire pits, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, TV, bar, large side yard and plenty of seating for all. Wonderful Weekend

The property was just as described and incredible for the weekend away with family (in town for a family wedding down the street). The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious, Clean, Private Yard & Pool

House was spacious and clean and had all furnishings needed for a great visit. The house is in a great location and close to a grocery store and easily accessible. Pool was large and refreshing after playing golf in the summer heat. Everything worked well and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

This house was perfect for our group of 5 childhood friends. Beautiful house with room to spare and a resort like backyard. The neighborhood was great and perfe t for our daily walks & bike rides (home has 3 cruisers).Shelly is an amazing property manager. We will definitely be back.

“Perfect Stay: Spacious, Clean and Well-Equipped!”

We all loved our stay! The house was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was beautiful, complete with a pool that made our time outdoors so enjoyable. Palm desert fun getaway

We have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood with the same group of friends so are familiar. We enjoyed this house for a getaway on a long weekend. It's comfortable, well set up and the beds were actually comfortable as well. Pool is exactly what our group was looking for. We had small elementary age children with us and the home is a good fit for them with a nice kid room for sleeping arrangements. Would stay again!

Great location and house!

We came with our adult children and my sisters for Stagecoach. There were 10 of us. The house was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The pool was great considering the 105 heat. The backyard was large. Hosts were very accommodating.

Family Fun

This was our second year staying at this house. It is everything that is described and more. It couldn't be nicer and the backyard is a complete entertainment oasis! We spent most of our time out there. The house is close to great golf courses, hikes and good restaurants. We'd rate the house a 5 out of 5 and Shelly the manager a 10 out of 5. She was incredibly responsive and helpful and made our stay worry free. We'll be back!

Family Wedding

We stayed at Song Bird Avenue for a recent family wedding with our son, daughter-in-law, their two infants and their nanny. The set up was perfect with a spacious ,lovely home and a wonderful yard with a pool and plenty of room for an almost 2 year old to kick a ball around. The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The host was very available and responsive to all our needs. We loved everything about the stay.

Beautiful home in Indio

The pictures of this property do not fully show the size of this house. There is so much room both inside and outside the house. We were 5 adults and 2 young children and we all had room to move around. The bedrooms are large - and the casita allowed our friend yo have here own private space. The property managers were wonderful and tended to all of our requests extremely quickly. Easy car rides to all major retail outlets and old town La Quinta. Highly recommend Cove to Lake trail if you like moderate hikes. Not much going on in Indio itself but the home had enough to keep us amused with pool table, video console, darts and outside lawn games. The hot tub and pool are heated and the BBQ works great. I would highly recommend this house for large groups.

Amazing Property

This property lived up to its hype! Everything was top notch. The backyard pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor living room area with fireplace were amazing. We also enjoyed the separate fire pit. The kitchen has all of the amenities and served as a great space to hang out with the large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and great size. Also, the location was prime fire the three golf courses we played - all within five miles of the property . Last but not least, Shelly was an outstanding host from initial reservation to leaving the property - always responsive. Will be back for sure!!

Great House and Great Location

Location was perfect for concerts. Backyard rocks and was the perfect set up. Loved Kitchen and Pool table and giant comfortable family room. The Primary suite was wonderful - super spacious. The Guest Suite was the next best. The room with the bunkbeds and queen or full bed was a bit disappointing when traveling with all adults. I feel that room should be brought up to speed. The King bed across from the full bath in the hallway was nice. The second king bedroom no one chose bc it had a bedframe that looks pretty shabby - that room also needs an update. It is not 5 EnSuites - which we thought it was but maybe we misread. Overall it worked well for 4 Adult couples. I do think the 2 rooms mentioned above could use some TLC esp at the price we paid during the Stagecoach time period. Overally I give it 4 Stars.

The house was spacious and beautiful but we had some difficulties. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced, the video game didn’t work and the TVs were difficult to work. But the most disappointing things were the pool guy showing up unexpectedly on Monday (the book said he’d be there on Tuesday) and the palm tree trimmers showed up on the morning of our last day and filled the jacuzzi with palm fronds and debris making the pool and backyard unusable. We were counting on a morning swim and didn’t have any notice that the tree trimmers were coming. At this price we were expecting a little better communication

WONDERFUL home with everything you could want!

There were seven of us celebrating our father's 91 birthday. There was plenty of room to gather, play pool, play in the pool, hot tub or just relax. The outdoor areas were perfect for gathering to chat or to read. We loved cooking and eating in the well stocked kitchen. Nice job making a lovely home-away-from-home! We would stay here again and would recommend it highly!
