This property is a perfect stay for a family or friends getaway. The house is charmingly modern with charming 60s mid-century elements and design flair. The pool and hot tub are marvelous, the bedrooms and bathrooms clean, spaced out, and roomy, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Our group of 6 had an amazing time playing ping pong, basketball, swimming, floating around and basking in the sun. I would happily stay here again.

great stay---blocks away from my mother's 100th birthday celebration. lots of activities for everyone. few minor discrepancies. notice the listing still says "HEATED POOL"ONLY IF YOU REQUEST IT --75/DAY EXTRA!!!only 4 coffee mugs for 12 guests.

This is a great house in a great location! Everything was really clean and in great condition. It has a retro Palm Springs vibe. The house is very spacious. The beds are really comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Yearly Father Son Golf Trip

We are three fathers with her son who travel to different cities every year in June to experience three days of golf and the local area. I would highly recommend Mike’s place for this type of trip. Everything this house provided was outstanding and in great shape. Very much appreciated all of Matt’s hospitality and easy to work with.

Perfect family get-away

The home lays out perfectly for our large family with several different areas to relax and play. From the play sets, to the pickelball court, to the outdoor grill, hot tub, pool, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, living room, den and 6 different bedrooms. Parking was plentiful and all of the greater Palm Desert area, including Joshua Tree, was within easy reach. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property and attentive host

This house is laid out perfectly for multiple groups. We had two families with teenagers and everybody had a great time. The big kitchen is so nice and the common areas are really well set up for groups. Such a beautiful neighborhood and property. The host was responsive whenever we needed to contact him. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

It has it all! Come and relax in my home. I built it for my family as a get away from the Seattle rain. :) It has all the amenities of a resort but the privacy of a home. The location couldn't be better. *Ask about the golf cart rental so you can cruise to El Paseo in the warm open air.

What makes this property unique

The house is built around the pool so as soon as you walk in you feel like you are in another world and are ready to relax. The floor to ceiling windows that surround the pool makes you feel like you are always sitting pool side and enjoying the outdoors.
