We loved our time at this retreat! We played pickle ball daily and lounged in the pool every day as well. Plenty of space for multiple couples or families. Would stay here again if we come back to the desert!

This property is a perfect stay for a family or friends getaway. The house is charmingly modern with charming 60s mid-century elements and design flair. The pool and hot tub are marvelous, the bedrooms and bathrooms clean, spaced out, and roomy, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Our group of 6 had an amazing time playing ping pong, basketball, swimming, floating around and basking in the sun. I would happily stay here again.

The location was great. Close to hiking trails, the zoo, Indian Wells Tennis Center and getting the best date shakes. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and loved having our own pickleball court. The pool is large, but the water was freezing. My kids still got in, but I did not.

great stay---blocks away from my mother's 100th birthday celebration. lots of activities for everyone. few minor discrepancies. notice the listing still says "HEATED POOL"ONLY IF YOU REQUEST IT --75/DAY EXTRA!!!only 4 coffee mugs for 12 guests.

I have updated the listing to make sure it is more clear, thank you for the feedback. The hot tub heat is included. The reason the pool is not included, like most rentals, is because a large part of the year heat isn’t needed. It costs roughly $80 a day to heat the pool so I am just passing along the fee rather than raise the price per night for everyone.

This is a great house in a great location! Everything was really clean and in great condition. It has a retro Palm Springs vibe. The house is very spacious. The beds are really comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great property and amazing communication by the host. Easy check in process and even allowed us to check in early. Clean house upon check in. Pool and pickleball court were awesome. Location was great, near restaurants and stores. Host provided ample linens and towels. Overall, very pleased with the property. Small Cons: Need more curtains or drapes for bedroom windows. Curtains didn’t cover entire window. Sun came right into the bedrooms first thing in morning which caused it to get super hot early on. AC had a tough time keeping up with the 108 degree weather. Back yard umbrellas are old and need to be replaced. Again, super small and wouldn’t change my family from staying there again.

It has it all! Come and relax in my home. I built it for my family as a get away from the Seattle rain. :) It has all the amenities of a resort but the privacy of a home. The location couldn't be better. *Ask about the golf cart rental so you can cruise to El Paseo in the warm open air.

What makes this property unique

The house is built around the pool so as soon as you walk in you feel like you are in another world and are ready to relax. The floor to ceiling windows that surround the pool makes you feel like you are always sitting pool side and enjoying the outdoors.
