Lagoon - 3 BR Private Villa

The price includes:
- cleaning twice a week
- pool and garden maintenance
- all costs of electricity, water and drinking water

The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6thb per unit)

Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

For a late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or an early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of the reception

Excellent Stay

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property was as advertised and more. The property is built, set-up and maintained to a high standard. The check-in and support from the property management was great. I did not mind that the property was ~ 20mins or so drive to the more popular beaches. That was a plus as we enjoyed getting away from the crowds at night but could go out if desired. Highlight was the salt water pool and overall peaceful setting. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again. One note is that it is advisable to rent a mode of transport such as a car or motor bike.
