Perfect location for a family vacation! This spacious, 1650 sq. ft. unit screams BEACH! 2.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and a drive-on beach entrance. Walking distance to the convention center and many of the most popular restaurants and amusements including mini golf and ice cream! All the comforts of home in this open concept and tastefully decorated condominium. It is meticulously maintained and professionally cleaned in between guests. Central air, cable TV, wifi, a Mac computer, smart tv/dvd players and a grill are just a few of the amenities. Our kitchen has gadgets galore and plenty of dishes for the entire family. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker (you can brew a full pot or it has an individual cup side that will take a pod) , electric tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, kitchenaid mixer, crock pot, nutri-bullet and a waffle iron. Truly a complete kitchen! In addition there is a dishwasher, an ice maker in the refrigerator and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. This vacation home comfortably sleeps 8 in four bedrooms with room for 2 more on the sleep sofa. There are three full baths (one of which is part of the master bedroom ensuite). The private exterior entrance to the lower level bedroom, (which has its own full bath) makes it a perfect in-law set up with no stairs to get into this area! There is a built in gate at the top of the stairs to help keep your little travelers safe. This home offers off street parking for 3 cars depending on size of vehicles ( one in a garage). We have a beautiful deck area with newer furniture and seating for eight; a wonderful place to spend your quiet mornings sipping coffee or a relaxing evening after putting the little ones to bed! This unit was recently professionally painted, new carpets were installed in the main area and there are some newer furniture pieces including a lovely dining table with seating for eight. There are also two seats at the kitchen island. Beach equipment is available for your use (cart, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards) as well as two wagons to pull the little people in on the boardwalk and three umbrella strollers. In addition, there are multiple bikes (adult and child size) for your island adventures! Even more important, safety comes first in this key-less entry condo. An individual code is programmed, given to your party and is activated for your check in time. The code is deleted after your check out time. No worries that the key has been duplicated and someone may have access to the unit during your stay; also no worries about losing keys! In addition, entry ways are monitored by video. A quieter one way street completes the package.
Please note: Linens are not provided. There are bedspreads, blankets and pillows available for use. No Smoking and no pets.

Fantastic

We booked our stay over the Labor Day weekend to celebrated my daughters 16th birthday on the Jersey Shore and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 teenagers plus the birthday girls parents. Didn’t drive the entire time we were there as the house is close to everything 6 teenagers and us parents wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this property.

This home has it all!

Location is in a quiet neighborhood and home is clean and extremely well equipped. We took advantage of using the supplied beach carts and wagons - very helpful for getting to the beach. Beth is great at communicating (text, emails, phone) - very responsive and provides all the details to ensure you enjoy your stay (even having delicious fresh bagels delivered our 1st morning). Pictures of the home are accurate. We loved being close enough to walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk.

My family and I stayed here with our 3 children, 2 nieces and Mother in law - (a total of 8 people). We unfortunately arrived during a black-out when everyone including the boardwalk, surrounding homes and businesses were out of power. Beth was so accommodating leaving us several portable lanterns with fans attached to keep us cool and as comfortable as possible. She also kept us updated throughout the day and night advising when power should be restored. Thankfully, it came back while we were sleeping and Beth was incredibly generous offering a partial refund towards our first night. This goes beyond hospitality as owners are not responsible or required to do this. Furthermore the home had everything you could possibly need including wagon(s), strollers, beach carts, boogie boards (13) bikes, beach accessories, several games, appliances and all the accommodations one would need to host a large family. I especially appreciated the safety features and gates as I have a small child. No need to bring a stroller, high chair or pack n play. They have it all. It was also a very pleasant surprise waking up to fresh delivered bagels our first morning. The Boardwalk is close and a short walk w/a corner store outside the unit and Family Dollar along the way. My 71 year old Mother in law loved the room downstairs. She had a full bath and exit from the unit without going up steps. We had such a wonderful time, our kids and guests didn’t want to leave. Thank you :)

Family Vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandy Shorts! We had a group of 6 and an infant and fit very comfortably with room to spare! The hosts were more than generous and made sure we knew everything that would make our stay easy! We would 100% rent this place again. Quick/short walk to boardwalk/beach!

Great Family Home Near Beach/Boardwalk

Great place and great location just a few blocks off the boardwalk. The place has everything you need (bikes, beach wagons, beach toys, grill, etc..) which we took advantage of. Beth was great to work with and we would definitely book this place again next time we go to Wildwood.

We have been married for over 40 years and live in Sandy Hook, CT, a small area of Newtown, CT. Beth was born and raised in our town and never left and Kevin grew up one town over in Danbury. We feel fortunate to have raised our two daughters in this wonderful community. We are so happy that we were able to realize a long time dream of buying property at the Jersey shore.

We have been coming to the Wildwoods since 1980 and have made many wonderful memories over the years. Our daughters grew up vacationing on the beaches and boardwalk and we have found it to be a wonderful, family friendly area. We are very excited to be home owners here and we look forward to sharing our wonderful shore home with you and your guests!

What makes this property unique

We absolutely love the location of our new vacation home! It is convenient to most everything that you will want to do or any place you will want to visit while vacationing in Wildwood. We knew from the minute that we walked in that this was the place for us; it is bright, spacious and welcoming. It felt like home right from the start. It is one of only 6 units in the building and is on a quieter one way street. We really enjoy preparing our family meals in the well equipped kitchen, eating out on the deck at the newly purchased outdoor furniture or playing a game or putting a puzzle together at the large family dining table. This truly is a home ready for your family to make memories in.
