Perfect location for a family vacation! This spacious, 1650 sq. ft. unit screams BEACH! 2.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and a drive-on beach entrance. Walking distance to the convention center and many of the most popular restaurants and amusements including mini golf and ice cream! All the comforts of home in this open concept and tastefully decorated condominium. It is meticulously maintained and professionally cleaned in between guests. Central air, streaming tv capability in the living room and all bedrooms., wifi, a Mac computer, smart tv/dvd players and a grill are just a few of the amenities. Our kitchen has gadgets galore and plenty of dishes for the entire family. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker (you can brew a full pot, or it has an individual cup side that will take a pod), electric tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, kitchenaid mixer, crock pot, nutri-bullet and a waffle iron. Truly a complete kitchen! In addition, there is a dishwasher, an ice maker in the refrigerator and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. This vacation home comfortably sleeps 10 in four bedrooms. There are three full baths (one of which is part of the master bedroom ensuite). The private exterior entrance to the lower-level bedroom, (which has its own full bath) makes it a perfect in-law set up with no stairs to get into this area! There is a built-in gate at the top of the stairs to help keep your little travelers safe. This home offers off street parking for 3 cars depending on size of vehicles (one in a garage). We have a beautiful deck area with newer furniture and seating for eight; a wonderful place to spend your quiet mornings sipping coffee or a relaxing evening after putting the little ones to bed! This unit was recently professionally painted; new carpets were installed in the bedrooms in Jan. 2026 and there are some newer furniture pieces including a lovely dining table with seating for eight. There are also two seats at the kitchen island. Beach equipment is available for your use (cart, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards) as well as two wagons to pull the little people in on the boardwalk and three umbrella strollers. In addition, there are multiple bikes (adult and child size) for your island adventures! Even more important, safety comes first in this key-less entry condo. An individual code is programmed, given to your party and is activated for your check in time. The code is deleted after your check out time. No worries that the key has been duplicated and someone may have access to the unit during your stay; also, no worries about losing keys! In addition, entry ways are monitored by video. A quieter one-way street completes the package.
Please note: Linens are not provided. There are bedspreads (changed in between guests), blankets and pillows available for use. No Smoking and no pets.
