Welcome to "Dolphin Suites" in Sunny Cape Coral Florida! Cape Coral is on the west coast of Florida, directly by Fort Myers and is named the American Venice due to its many canals.

Our spacious 1000sq” 1 bedroom, 1 bath is comfortably furnished and well equipped! Here you’ll find a large bedroom with comfortable Queen size bed, walk in closet & modern en-suite Bathroom. You’ll also enjoy a spacious up to date kitchen and an open living room dining area.

Enjoy fabulous views of the canal which often has dolphins and other marine life majestically going by. This beautiful home with heated pool is situated in a great location on a Gulf Access canal with a quick ride by boat or car to the Caloosahatchee River, Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva islands, Downtown Fort Myers Riverfront. Dockage for your boat, by approval.

There’s plenty of outdoor space to Relax & Enjoy! Dolphin Suites has a heated Pool, dock, patio, barbecue, & canoe. The fishing off of the dock is amazing, you will catch snapper, sheepshead and many other fish found in the Gulf of Mexico. Or just sit and relax with your favourite people & a cold refreshment. Enjoy Floridas lovely views and endless sunsets off the dock! Fishing and relaxing are just a couple of things to do on our dock. We also provide a canoe to explore the canals that go on for miles, see the beautiful waterways and homes. The large dock will accommodate you and your boat(with permission) or enjoy one of the many boat rentals available, Id be happy to give you recommendations.

Please note your Suite is totally private, but being a Duplex the outdoor space is shared with U2, a 2 Bedroom.

Great Spring Break Stay

Perfect place for two people exploring SW Florida. Nice safe, quiet neighborhood that sits on a canal. We loved the view, and enjoyed watching the boats pass by while relaxing at the pool. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The outdoor spaces and pool areas are shared with the other side of the duplex, but that worked out fine for us. The host was great!

Nice for Two

The duplex is plenty of space for 2 people. It could use a little TLC and a few amenities (more towel racks, dinner plates). The pool is shared and was a little awkward to use when the other renters were using it. Did not use canoe/kayak, couldn't find the paddles.

Very peaceful

Sadly, I came down with bronchitis the day after I arrived so I pretty much kept to myself for the 11 days I was there. I must say, though, that if you have to be sick on vacation…this location was the place to be. The weather was lovely and I was able to take advantage of the outdoor spaces. It was a very cozy place.
