Welcome to "Dolphin Suites" in Sunny Cape Coral Florida! Cape Coral is on the west coast of Florida, directly by Fort Myers and is named the American Venice due to its many canals.

Our spacious 1300sq’ 2 bedroom, 2 bath is comfortably furnished and well equipped! Here you’ll find two very large bedrooms both with comfortable King size beds, modern kitchen & baths and an open living room dining area. You’ll enjoy fabulous views of the canal which often has dolphins and other marine life majestically going by. This beautiful duplex w/ heated pool is situated on a Gulf Access canal with a quick ride by boat or car to the Caloosahatchee River, the Gulf of Mexico,Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva islands, Downtown Fort Myers Riverfront. Dock your boat on our dock with approval.

There’s plenty of outdoor space to Relax & Enjoy! Dolphin Suites has a heated Pool, dock, patio, barbecue, & canoe. The fishing off of the dock is amazing, you will catch snapper, sheepshead and many other fish found in the Gulf of Mexico. Or just sit and relax with your favourite people & a cold refreshment. Enjoy Floridas lovely views and endless sunsets off the dock! Fishing and relaxing are just a couple of things to do on our dock. We also provide a canoe to explore the canals that go on for miles, see the beautiful waterways and homes. The large dock will accommodate you and your boat(with permission) or enjoy one of the many boat rentals available, Id be happy to give you recommendations.
Please note your Suite is totally private, but being a Duplex the outdoor space is shared with U1, a 1 Bedroom.

Upscale w/ pool & room

Nice place tucked away in a neighborhood. Easy access to Cape and Fort Myers. Pool is smallish, but quite nice. We booked the larger side, which is very connected to the pool. The other half is through the screen door to get in there. We’d use this place again, and likely will. Would like to have a desk or side table for laptop junk, as the work never stays behind.

A fabulous experience

This property was the ideal spot for my friend and I to meet and enjoy all that Florida has to offer to a snowbird in April. The house itself was immaculate and well furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The pool overlooking the canal was so relaxing and fun to watch the boats going by. We enjoyed exploring Sanibel Island and Venice which are not too far away. Wonderful vacation!

Canal boat watching was great!

Kitchen lacked some basic equipment for a long term stay. Canisters, large frying pan, soup/pasta pot serving bowls. However, things there were top on the line. Sharing the pool with Unit 1 was not ideal as guests came and went nearly every week. Hosts were quick to dal with issue we had. Like TV and dishwasher. We had a misunderstanding about checkout which I take responsibility for.
