Glad you enjoyed your stay. The low pool water issue was investigated and the leaks were found and have been repaired. Lanai areas are power wash multiple times a years to remove the Florida dust that returns as fast as you clean.

Great Relaxing Vacation

We elly enjoy this property, it was our 2nd time staying here and have already reserved it for next year. The home is well maintained, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. It is located near anything you might need from shopping to eating out to entertainment. We enjoy hanging out in the covered pool and under the lanai. We had our 10 year old grandson with us and he had a great time as well

Vacation rental

We came down to Cape Coral from Massachusetts for a vacation. We orginally rented a different house but the A/C unit broke and we were given the choice to move to another house and we picked this one which was right up the street. I ended up loving it ! So it all worked out. This house was very nice, clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was sooo comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need. It was private at the end of a canal which we loved because we like it quiet. The neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely stay again. Next time we are bringing a really good flashlight, there was so much action in the canal at night we couldnt see !
