At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while grilling local SWFlorida seafood and sipping a beverage!

Once inside, you will find very spacious light-filled rooms with a soaring ceiling and view of the water from almost every room. This house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, you'll find it all within reach.

The house was clean but needs to be updated. The pool area was dirty but overall it was a great place. Very good location.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The low pool water issue was investigated and the leaks were found and have been repaired. Lanai areas are power wash multiple times a years to remove the Florida dust that returns as fast as you clean.

Great Relaxing Vacation

We elly enjoy this property, it was our 2nd time staying here and have already reserved it for next year. The home is well maintained, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. It is located near anything you might need from shopping to eating out to entertainment. We enjoy hanging out in the covered pool and under the lanai. We had our 10 year old grandson with us and he had a great time as well

The house is beautiful. Exactly how it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed every day in the heated pool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved in a timely manner.

A great place to stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool/hot tub area. Very clean and spacious. We loved the location (close to Publix and Walmart) and a short drive to Ft . Myers Beach. Would definitely want to stay here ahain!

The house is just as the pictures show. It is spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. We saw a dolphin and turtle in the canal, and iguanas hung out on the docks. It was a great vacation, thank you for sharing this home!!

Home Away From Home

We were pleased that the home we rented was what we saw from the pictures. It felt like a home away from home. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
