Overall, this property was a major disappointment and, in my opinion, was not accurately represented in the listing. While the apartment was very clean and the location was excellent, those were the only positives.The listing advertised a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment. In reality, it functioned as a two-bedroom. The “third bedroom” was a small sleeping area connected directly to another bedroom, offering no privacy. It contained a futon rather than a proper bed, and because there was no headboard or wall behind it, it was uncomfortable for sleeping. This setup was especially difficult during a work trip.The bathroom description was also misleading. Although there were 2 bathing areas, the one toilet was in a common area. Three adult colleague ended up sharing a single toilet, which was not what we expected based on the listing.Another issue was access to the apartment. There are seven flights of stairs to reach the property, and several of the stair tiles were broken or uneven. I nearly twisted my ankle multiple times. This should be clearly disclosed so guests know what to expect.When I raised concerns, I asked to meet with the host in person so I could show her the issues and discuss possible solutions, but she declined to meet. I also asked whether the futon could be replaced with a proper bed since the listing suggested one, but that request was denied.I don’t believe the property was represented accurately, and I would not book it again.
