Appreciate a fabulous sleep in european style queen sized beds all of which have luxury goose down duvets and good quality pillows. Sleep matters!

Enjoy a BBQ on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, take a dip in the shared pool or hot tub which are just steps off the back patio.

Both bedrooms have a TV with the lounge and master bedroom having smart Tv’s so you can access your own Amazon/Netflix/Roku accounts. We also have high speed internet (which usually reaches the pool) so you aren’t left out of touch with home. All the entertainment equipment is new and we also have a sound bar in the lounge so that you can play music via Bluetooth should you wish.

This is our home from home, we are a British family, and we have travelled extensively, so much so that we have made it our mission for our Palm Desert home to not be one of those places where the iron is rubbish, and the hairdryer isn't capable of blowing a candle out. We don’t want to holiday in a place like that, and nor should you.

Our home has 3 queen beds, one bedroom is equipped with two queen beds (it works for us as our children can share this room - technically it’s the master bedroom). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, with new vanities installed, LED lighting and new flooring.

We have a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked linen cupboard with fresh towels and also pool towels. We will leave all guests with laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, cleaning essentials, and sufficient shower gel / shampoo+ conditioner to keep you going for a few days.

Our back patio has a new 6 burner BBQ, patio table for al-fresco dining and two outdoor lounge chairs for reading/relaxing. The back patio is a great spot to take in the view or watch the hummingbirds feed.

We have also have a garage which helps keep your car out of the hot sun.

Our condo is on Highway 74, a short walk to the fabulous shopping and dining of El Paseo, often regarded as the Rodeo Drive of the desert. We are also very close to some of the most popular hiking trails in the area.

Our community is small, and caring. Our kind neighbours will be warm and welcoming to all guests although we do ask that if you like to have loud parties, or be boisterous around the pool, you may wish to consider a different listing, our home is not that kind of place. We are only looking to open our home up to people who will respect our home as though it is theirs and who will be considerate to our neighbours.

Being so close to town means that at times there is some road noise in the smaller bedroom, the level of noise is barely noticeable most of the time but you may hear some traffic noise when in the second bedroom particularly during high season. Unfortunately this is a small drawback of being so conveniently located and having the best views in the condo community.

Absolutely no smoking, which also includes vaping.
