You get what you pay for. Although the owner was very friendly the room did not sleep 2 as advertised. My husband and I were give separate rooms with a cot to sleep on. The place smelled and it was not clean. Not only that but there was a creepy camera surveillance in the common area. Yes it was a historic community with boarded up houses on the block. Was a bit concerned that our car would get broken into. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

These two guests did not have no qualms after arriving and booking a stay at the last moment.I was sheduled to attend a memorial service for my late cousin in New York City I changed my mind just to accomodate them.Instead of giving them one room which was being cleaned and reorganized, I gave them two fully furnished rooms for the same price,They did not complain or refused.My advice to them in future,rent a hotel and as for having a camera in the kitchen,that is completely legal and it is for my protection as well as their's.If they didn't like my accomodation,they should have said so and I would have refunded their money and asked them to leave immediately.I don,t need their peanuts money as I have acquired enough in my lifetime.

The worst experience I had ever had I will never book anything from this site.... First time and the last time.

Angela did not contact me prior to her arrival .I was busy and I did not have enough time to get the room ready. I refunded her money and apologized to her. This could have been avoided if she had called or contacted me via e-mail.
