Spacious 3 bed by Wilson/Lourdes Hospitals-Vestal
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.
Nearby attractions include Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Ross Park Zoo & as many parks. Close to the Binghamton Airport.
Many restaurants and taverns are within a 5-10 minute drive. My favorites include: Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s and the Pour House.
Enjoy the whole home spaces including: full kitchen, living room, dining area, work space, outdoor dining and outdoor seating.
The whole home is yours to enjoy.
No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.
Quiet, urban neighborhood. Centrally located to Hospitals, Binghamton University, BCC, Enjoy Golf Course, Binghamton Airport and many restaurants and shops. Close to Owego, Tioga Downs Casino, Endicott, Vestal and Binghamton. Enjoy many restaurants like Tully`s, Fire and Ice, The Pour House, etc. The Oakdale Mall is a short drive away. Convenient shopping within walking distance.
The bus stop is 1/2 a block away. It is walking distance to downtown and UHS (Wilson Hospital) and Lourdes Hospital. There is a park 2 blocks down Floral Ave to enjoy. Free parking on Sherman St.

We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.
**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.
** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.
**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.
For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.
Keep an eye on the little ones in your group — we want everyone to stay safe and happy!
** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins

My boys are school-aged and work hard academically, and as a family we value kindness, service, and giving back to our community. We strive to live with purpose, gratitude, and compassion in all that we do.
