Welcome to 14 6th Terrace
Brand new 3 bedroom home with full bathroom in each bedroom. Full kitchen with granite countertops, new Stainless steel appliances,washer and dryer.
***Linens, towels, and beach towels are not provided at this time***
Beautiful duplex home with fantastic views from outdoor decks. Close to shopping, ocean beach 9 blocks away, bay beach 8 blocks away (Sunset Beach) which has fishing, crabbing, and water sports. Great location in quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking. Fantastic yard with bbq and sitting area with lounge chairs and outdoor tables and chairs.

Great house for families (there is a queen air mattresses available). This is a wonderful place to spend your time at the Jersey shore. There is a rooftop deck which is great for watching the beautiful sunsets or fireworks from the nearby seaside boardwalk and a deck off of the kitchen to enjoy meals outside. There is also nearby bay beach with playground.
There is a Marina which rents boat slips one block away.
Lots of beautiful local walks including a basketball court, pickle ball courts and park. Also great place to ride bikes.
Must bring towels, pillowcases and sheets unless other arrangements were made.
6 Beach passes included with your stay. (Must either replace badges or there’s $80.00charge per badge for any lost passes).
MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
AND be in the house during the Rental

The house is in a wonderful location and in a nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and has large bedrooms with each one having a private bathroom. We enjoyed our family weekend stay very much.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

The house is beautiful and in such a great location. Close to everything, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. The views from the decks are spectacular. Ralph and Mary were great, they really care and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay and I highly recommend staying here! The house was big and beautiful as advertised. The 3 outdoor spaces were also great (grilling area, patio, and balcony with a beautiful view. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and were extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs. The house is on a quiet/private street but so conveniently located to restaurants, supermarket etc. The beautiful beach is in walking distance but there is parking also. The six beach badges are a plus too!

Very nice house , its up to date , great location and very spacious. big plus all 3 bedrooms have there own bathroom. outdoor deck very nice along with roof top deck for sunsets. ground level patio is shared space.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was very clean and accurately described based on the listing when we arrived. Great location to all fun things in seaside. The fridge was not working, which we were made aware a few days prior to our stay. They had a repair man come out but was unable to fix it. They did let us swim in their pool throughout the weekend which was nice but being without a fridge was not ideal. We did appreciate how communitive they were about the issue. Would recommend staying at this home and would love to go back!

A Hidden Gem

Set on a quiet family oriented cul de sac within walking distance to the crystal clear Jersey Shore this property was amazing. Spacious, gracious host who respects privacy, with all the amenities. It was worth it for the rooftop back deck views of the sun setting every evening with a charming bay dotted with gliding serene graceful swans. Perfect to have your morning coffee and a wine toast in the evening. Also fireworks on a Wednesday evening. Great to have a grilled dinner for nearby family. We loved it!

Great Property

We had an amazing stay at this home in Ortley Beach! The house was pristine and a great place to entertain friends in, which we did a fair amount of. The owners were very responsive for the few questions we had and they were gracious in allowing us to borrow the Beach Cruisers. Lastly, the views from the sun deck are spectacular and there are peak a boo views of the water from every room. I highly recommend this rental!!

Beautiful house on the bayside

Very large and roomy. Duplex home with owners on opposite side. Quiet area and clean. Rode our bikes everywhere. They provide linens and towels which was great too. The decks were awesome. The roof top views were excellent. The lower deck was open and also had coverage to protect from sun and rain. Overall experience was great.

Perfect week at the shore!

Our stay in Ortley Beach could not have been any better! The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is great. Quiet neighborhood that is very close to all of the great restaurants in Ortley and Lavallette. Beautiful views of the bay and a quick trip to the beach. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. We will be back next year!!!

Fantastic stay!

My family and I really had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It is super spacious and clean. We loved having family dinners in the large open kitchen/dining area. And we also got to enjoy the roof deck on nice nights. Parking at the beach isn’t a problem but some family members would also walk down and it would take less than 15 mins. Would completely recommend and hope to stay again! Thank you!

Great weekend away

The house is great for a group with a nice open floor plan, large kitchen, and ample parking. Sleeping areas were comfortable and en-suite bathrooms were nice! The upstairs deck had great views and the overall experience was very relaxing!
