Casa de Playa Chile Max - House for Rent in Chelem. Short term or Long term Available starting September, 2023.
3 blocks from beach, and very walkable to all of the local bars, restaurants, produce stands, and main centro. Huge 2 bedroom 3 bath house, completely walled in compound and pet friendly/ dogs or cats ok ! Private pool with outdoor shower, Laundry room w/ Washer, 2 hammocks w/ hooks everywhere, and 3 outdoor patios. All rooms have brand new Air Conditioners, built in closets, and ceiling fans in master, kitchen, and living/dining room. Master has king size bed, hammock hooks, and private bathroom accessible through bedroom and hallway. Guest room has Double bed and more hammock hooks. Living/Dining room has a beautiful dinner table with seating for 4-6, TV, couch, love seat, and chair. Kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking equipment, plate-ware/flatware/glassware/microwave/blender/large refrigerator, and small table with 4 chairs. Outdoor patio has additional giant table with seating for 4-8, charcoal grill and outdoor sink, and more additional seating in pool area, with beach chairs and outdoor lighting. 3mb Satellite Wi-Fi is included in rental, as well as gas, and energy up to a certain usage. The house is equipped with Solar Panels, so exceeding usage will be difficult. Available starting September, 2023. Contact Ana Valle ASAP on WhatsApp +52 999 152 9499 if interested. Estuvimos felices en esta casa que es un gran espacio para pasar estancias largas. Es muy cómodo y bonito. La comunicación es muy rápida y siempre estuvieron disponibles para resolver contratiempos o dudas.

What makes this property unique
Chelem, a port of Yucatan that has spectacular beaches, sunsets and a lot of delicious local cuisine, at your breakfast or lunch you will be at a table made by Yucatecan artisans, which took more than two months to elaborate each detail, which has been of the Family for a long time, really a work of art, but the tranquility of the area where the house is located, is the best.
