Amazing stay and the cabin was in an amazing location. The family enjoyed every second of the visit. This cabin is within walking distance from down town and directly across from the city park. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone visiting the location.
This cabin was wonderful and what we were looking for. Accommodations were what we expected. Great place and we will be back again. Views and Mule Deer were awesome. Kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did.
Beautiful cabin, beautiful view. There was snow on the ground and the elk came every morning and evening. Our dog Zoey had a ball watching them from the window, then running around the huge yard to smell where they'd been. Games to play--Giant Uno! We did have communication with the owners and they were very helpful and attentive. Thank You!!
This property was beautiful and very cozy. It fit my family perfectly ( 5 adults, 1 child and our dogs) the yard was huge which we all loved. The location was very convenient, so close to stores, walking distance to the park and so much more. We had the pleasure of visiting a lot of beautiful places, just to name a few- Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs Penny Arcade, Royal Gorge, many hiking trails, and Pikes Peak, which you can see from the yard and the living room window. Mary and Alan were amazing hosts. This home had such a cozy feel to it you felt right at home!
The communication with property owner was
Exceptional, I had more than one question about property and the owner graciously and timely responded to all my questions.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is beautiful! Loved seeing the deer daily. Woke up to the first snow on pikes peak one morning of our stay. Hope to return one day.
My family's second trip to this wonderful cabin in Woodland park. There is nothing more you can ask for with this cabin. It's in a perfect location, close to so many hiking trails, Pikes Peak, and Colorado Springs, yet it has a secluded feel and view of the mountain. The cabin was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Overall this place feels just like home.
Blend of authentic cabin experience on the outside with tasteful modern updates on interior.
Views are beautiful. Great park across street, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive. Easy drive to Pikes Peak and Manitu Springs.

Beautiful views- central location. Warm. Pretty.
We loved the central location and the mountain range views from this cabin. The cabin has an authentic mountain cabin build to it and is very user friendly. Check in was simple. The space was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and accommodating. We love that our dog was welcome as well. The washer dryer is a huge plus and we used it on our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were great and nicely updated. It was a very cold week and the cabin stayed warm.
We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the cabin upon our arrival. I chose this cabin bc the photos made it look clean & as a mom with littles the last thing I wanted to do was clean before we could get settled. This was a big element of frustration for us, as there were many things overlooked and in big ways that were yucky. We did have to clean and buy a swifter mop before getting everyone down for the night. The owners were responsive and did send their cleaning crew again the next day. However, there were still issues with the standard of clean we personally took care of to still enjoy the week.
I would recommend this cabin/ home but I would encourage a new cleaning crew to be hired.
My son lives in Divide
I wanted a location close to him.
Communicating with Mary ( Host and owner) was easy and enjoyable.
Loved this home !
We will continue to stay in this home each visit … when the availability is open. It was a real home away from home . Loved it
The house was everything we needed and the location was perfect. Right across from the city park and just a few blocks from 3 excellent coffee shops including our favorite, Cafe Leo.
The living room has an amazing view of Pikes Peak and the house had everything we needed. The kids loved that the exterior looked like a rustic log cabin and we loved that the interior was very comfortable and modern.
Would definitely stay here again!
Clean, spacious cabin with a great view of Pike's Peak. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable cabin with a great location less than a block from the town's park. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Woodland Park.
If you want to stay in a great location, close to restaurants and shops this is the place for you. Stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet and Mary the host responds quickly to a question. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.
This was our second year in a row to stay at this adorable cabin! We had a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. Plenty of room for all! Great views of Pikes Peak and City Park right across the street! Family friendly, clean, great mountain vibes and decor!
The quaint rough log cabin exterior is deceiving! The interior is nicely updated with awesome raw wood trim throughout. The beds are very comfortable and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Our family absolutely loved our stay! The cabin provided a cozy and comfortable place to relax, a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals, and beautiful views of Pikes Peak - we will undoubtedly stay again!

Parking
We loved our time here! The only issues that we had was parking a larger trailer and truck without blocking alley or gin the geese ascrios the street. We also had slight issues with the AC not working ti hell.
Perfect for families. Across the street is a great park. The front yard looks directly at Pikes Peak, the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee. The entryway is very convenient for loading and unloading gear. Plus, mule deer walk through the yard in the evening.
