Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath surrounded by beautiful Rocky Mountain views. Updated farmhouse decor with true homey feel, featuring local artist's work . Includes pull out queen sofa bed with new mem foam mattress in living room. Relax in the private backyard . Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, art gallery, or museums. Full modern kitchen, and BBQ grill. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, onsite parking, smart TVs, coffee bar. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Please note: We have a 14 day maximum length of stay. Townhouse shares an interior wall with our unit but completely private and well insulated between for complete privacy. NO SHARED SPACES, even in the backyard - privacy fence gives complete privacy from neighbors.

Relaxing Place

Deb was a wonderful hostess. Great communication!! There were so many extras in her home. Coffee pods in the kitchen. Waffle mix to make a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Extra sheets and blankets. It was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a lovely time here. The owners do their very best to take care of everything, even to the point of having fun, thoughtful surprises tucked into various spots. We would love to come back.

Wonderful little stay!

We had a blast! It was a perfect fit for the two of us! Super cute and clean! There was a storm one night and the host was super fast to let us know what was going on. This location is also close to several trails if you want to hike!

It was great. The perfect size. It was exactly as described on VRBO. Clean, cozy, and inviting. Our host Deb was wonderful. She was very informative about the property as well as the town itself. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

I can’t brag about this place enough. Very Clean. Beautiful Views. Deb had left us goodies to snack on. Also, the time she puts into make sure you have everything you need and have a great stay. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Woodland Park 2023-May

Our son lives in Woodland Park and we went for our annual visit. We were 2 miles away. The space was perfect. The sleeper sofa accommodated our two grandkids so we got more ‘one-on-one’ time. ‘Extras’ were everywhere. Pancake mix, basket of chips, books, games, cocoa mix, whip cream for the hot cocoa. The list is endless. We’ll stay again if it is available.

Comfortable home

Overall, it was a very nice stay. Nicely furnished and quite comfortable. Had a little trouble getting the propane fireplace going, but they came and got it working. Need a little patience because some times it lights immediately; other times it's several minutes. We washed a batch of clothes, but didn't do a second one because of a water leak. Annoying, but not disastrous. The towels soaked it all up.

Beautiful Little Cottage

This property is attached to the owners' property, but we never interacted with them and had full privacy. They even have fenced off an area of their backyard for the rental to have its own yard. It was super cute, with a nice patio and furniture - birds and squirrels in abundance, fresh mountain air, and a woodsy view. The inside was decorated so nice. Clean and clutter-free with an updated kitchen. Literally everything you could need, including an outdoor grill. Coffee Maker, french press, keurig, so many choices! And lots of little extras to make it feel homey and welcoming. For example, there was a waffle maker, and in the closet there was little packs of waffle mix with instructions. Very cozy and I hope when I'm back in CO, its open again! We also loved Woodland Park. We could walk to downtown from the condo. From the condo to the far end of downtown, it is about a mile. There are several grocery stores 1/4 mile away. Great location!

Perfect Trip

The hosts were so amazing and responsive to any questions we had. The location is great and is centrally located for those who don’t want the tourist crowds but be within a quick drive to anything. Would highly recommend this spot to stay. Would stay here again.

Amazing!

Deb went above and beyond. So many extra little things, we were definitely suprised. We loved the welcome muffin and little note that was left. Deb reponded to our questions within minutes and everything was as described. Will definitely stay again!

Deb's property is as described. Very clean & quiet. Truly a 5 star property...only reason for 4 star in location is due to places we wanted to visit. That is NOT Deb's fault, but truly OUR fault due to places we wanted to see. Private fenced back yard was TERRIFIC for our fur babies. Would absolutely, positively stay again.

Amazing host

This was our first vacation with our baby and it went really well! Debra is an amazing host. She reached out after our first night to see how the first night was. I have rented several vrbos and have never had that happen. It was so thoughtful. We were able to let her know a few things we needed and she accomodated them within a couple hours! We loved the backyard area for relaxing and drinking our morning coffee. There was a heat wave when we were there, so in the evenings we opened all the windows, including the back door, and had all 5 fans going. It was pretty warm in the townhouse, but it eventually cooled down. It's a great location, close to anything you might need and also a nice walking path through the neighborhood. Thanks Debra for you hospitality and attentiveness.
