Lakefront duplex property, nicely finished. 2 bedroom and queen size hide-a-bed.
Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Watch for deer, foxes, eagles and all types of mountain wildlife. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.

Located in Spring Valley, a neighbourhood in Divide, this holiday home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument and Glen Eyrie Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at North Slope Recreation Area and Shining Mountain Golf Club. North Pole Colorado and Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
