About this property

RENOVATED HOUSE IN A TYPICAL HAMLET NEAR THE SEA

Renovated stone house, in a typical hamlet, quiet and in a cul-de-sac.
Located 1.5km from the village (on foot or by bike) and its shops and a supermarket 5 minutes, you will enjoy a green and rural. Beaches closest to 10 minutes by car.

Ground floor: equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster. Dining area with stove. Salon with office.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed (160de wide, 1 double bed split into 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). SDB with shower in the Italian, a separated TOILET. Storage in every room and in the rest of the house.

The beds will be made upon arrival in the house and I supply the dish towels.
