Independent house of 150 m2 forming part of a 15th century Provencal farmhouse, full of charm with its vaulted rooms and its private interior courtyard and unique view of the Durance on the south side and the Lubéron on the north side. Swimming pool from June (unheated).

Located 35 minutes from Avignon and Aix en Provence, it is also 40 minutes from Marseille airport. The village of Mérindol is 3 minutes by car and has a butcher, 2 bakeries and a small supermarket.
Walks along the Durance or in the garrigue are on your doorstep as are the villages in the north of the Luberon such as Lourmarin (15mins), Gordes, Roussillon and many others.
Ideal for nature lovers and peaceful vacations.

The house is located on 3 levels including the
Ground floor:
Laundry room with sink, small fridge, washing machine, barbecue, boiler and water softener
1 vaulted bedroom with a double bed (160) and storage
1 vaulted bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 double) with storage unit

Stone staircase to access the 1st floor:

The owner (very discreet) sometimes occupies the main house but who has no opposite with the rental house. They have fully independent entrances.

NB The house can be rented without the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The rental price will obviously be adjusted according to the number of rooms used.
