This property is recently renovated! You will enjoy a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Located right next door to Pointe D'Vine Wedding Venue & Vineyard, which has a tasting room. The cottage overlooks the Mississippi River valley which has beautiful autumn colors. Three bedrooms, one bath home with spacious open floor plan, all on one level.1300 sq feet that comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 children. We chose calming colors to compliment the natural tones of the space, in a modern chic style.

Amazing House!

Cute, clean & cozy little house tucked up on a hill backing up to a tree line and overlooks farmland. This location was quiet and peaceful but close enough to experience everything Quincy has to offer. My husband, son and myself really enjoyed this house while in town for our nephew’s birthday. The house had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. Our 3.5 yr old son LOVED the giant trees (especially the one with the giant hole in it! lol), looking for all the squirrels, pinecones and sticks. We will definitely be using this as our go-to rental in Quincy every year! Thanks for a great experience!

About the host

The cottage was renovated in the spring of 2019. It was previously owned by our sweet, kind elderly neighbors who lived here their entire adult lives, until moving to a retirement home. We were their neighbors for 20 years.
We have always lived in the Quincy area; only moving away in the early 90s for a job transfer for two years but couldn’t wait to get back. We have been married for 40 years, raised 7 wonderful children and now enjoying 18 grandchildren. We have so enjoyed this area for the past 25 years and are excited for our guests to experience what the area has to offer!
Mark works in the financial business while Debbie is a homemaker. We most enjoy cooking together and having our children and grandchildren to our home to enjoy meals together.
