Ocean Front Condo (2 unit house)! Private beach access and ocean front gazebo. Sleeps 14, 4 bed / 4 Bath: 6 Q Beds, 1 K bed. All bedrooms have private sink and toilet. Two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill shower or tub/shower. The main area has a new 60" TV with Hulu Live and Netflix. 1Gig WiFi to handle all your portable devices. The open concept of the dining area and living room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and has enough sitting area to hold great conversations. Having a separate well stocked kitchen provides space to prepare meals and helps reduce the noise to other parts of the condo. The four bedrooms are spacious and provides a relaxing and peaceful sleeping area. ( Open windows slightly and listen to the ocean waves). The covered porch is excellent space to relax in the shade and watch the ocean and dolphins. You're steps away from the outdoor shower that has seating and foot wash. The first floor unit has fewer steps to the beach and outdoor activities.

This is the first floor of a two level / 2 unit house.

This was our first time to Ocean Isle and we loved it! This wonderful home directly on Ocean Isle Beach and adjacent to the public beach access had all the amenities for a comfortable and lovely stay. Would stay here again!

Great Girls Getaway

My friends and I rented this beautiful beach house for a long weekend trip. It was clean, cozy, and the owners responded extremely timely to my questions. We felt at home. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Great spot on Ocean Isles

This location is a great spot on Ocean Isles… property is as described in pictures and detail. Kitchen is very well stocked. it’s nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom.Outdoor area is amazing along with all the extras that you can use on the beach.Just keep in mind that there is a unit above you and if they have children that like to run around, you can hear that.

Fun at the Ocean Front!

Beautiful ocean front property. We love our morning photos of sunrise and three deer walking along the beach. Great place for relaxation and fun with family and friends. Quick and friendly responses to any question. We had a wonderful time on Ocean Isle Beach!

Nice property and location

Very nice location on the beach- right next to beach access if you have a cart to pull over the dunes- elevator was on and off at times- Unit could use new refrigerator in the future and knife block- could use a little more drink glasses- had to run the dishwasher after each meal. Planning on staying again next year. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Lovely Oceanfront Home

Awesome location with a beautiful view steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of room for a multi-family trip. Home provided sanitized towels and linens. There are beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Shared home. We were in bottom floor which is on 2nd level. Ocean Isle is a quiet beach town and we enjoyed a long weekend away from the city.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Host was very helpful, even taking a late call when we couldn't find the lock box!On our next visit, we will definitely try to rent both units, cause it's a tiny bit awkward to share the yard... but it was worth it for all the nice outdoor features

Very nice accommodations for a weekend book club retreat. The house has everything you would want, and more. Ocean front. Initially had an HVAC issue, but that was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend.

I loved this beach house- Perfectly priced- 4 bedrooms 4 baths and 2 tub/shower rooms.The backyard games and fire pit were so much fun for the all and the beach is steps away.I Highly recommend!

Just what we needed!

My husband and I along with two grown adult children and their partners stayed and had a lovely time. We cooked most meals with a couple of exceptions. And played games and slept on the beach. Simple times, no stress and lovely memories. Loved the ease of access to the beach and how spacious the house is for everyone to find a place to chill on their own when needed.

Location was great and amenities a plus

Our group included 4 adults and 5 kids ages 8-13. Everyone loved the cornhole, the lounge chairs, and sitting on the porch. We also had a fire and cooker S'mores. There were a few deer that appeared in the mornings and evenings right out back and the kids also really enjoyed seeing them. The house had a cart to carry items to the beach and is right next to a public beach access so that was convenient. There were several beach chairs there as well.

We had a group of 8 golfers. Plenty of room and very clean. We used the back yard the majority of the time and there was so much to do. Fire pit was such a treat. Everyone sitting around it having conversations and enjoying the fire. We will book again. No doubt.Host was awesome and so easy to check in.

Great stay!

Had a great stay! A few things needed to be fixed and they were very quick to come and fix anything! Place was very clean and has pretty much anything you’d need! Has one nice bed and the rest could use a mattress topper but other than that we had a wonder stay and would definitely stay again!

Are families are from MN and WI and fell in love with OIB while visiting friends several years ago. Mary Hardtke now resides in OIB about 50% of the time while Vicki and Dan Hardtke visit as often as possible when the kids are on school breaks. We purchased the top floor of the building a few years ago and jumped at the opportunity to purchase the lower unit as well.

Why they chose this property

Large ocean front home. There is nothing better than having a cup of coffee and listening to the ocean waves.

What makes this property unique

We try to make as much as possible stress free. When we visit, we want to relax and be on vacation and not deal towels, sheets, salt & pepper... that's no way to spend vacation (or the day before or after). The linen package include sheets and bath towels. Minor items (paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, common spices... are all provided. Show up and relax and enjoy your vacation.
