In the heart of the Rhone Valley, just 15 minutes from the A7 motorway and 10 minutes from Montelimar. Near the mountains of Ardeche and the Drôme Provençale come and enjoy our charming village house with a small private courtyard to relax and discover the region ... For your holidays, family event or your business trips in Ardèche. Ideal for lovers of nature and sports (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canyoning, caving, kayaking ...)
Village house renovated Ardéchois, 150 m² living space on 3 levels.
You will find:
- Ground floor: Kitchen - dining room for 8 people, small sitting area, laundry room, WC, bike garage,
- 1st floor: living room, parental suite with room of water and toilet
- 2nd floor: two bedrooms, games room, bathroom with toilet
- Exterior: private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, bicycle storage.
Sheets and towels are not provided, but you can rent them on site.
Cleaning is included, but we thank you for leaving the house in the condition in which you found it.
