The main living room features a 6-foot window-lined wall that overlooks the patio and yard, complete with a 55-inch TV and direct patio access. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite countertops on top of pure white cabinets, bar seating, and a large marble breakfast table that seats 10. The formal dining area features an elegant table that seats 10 and is perfect for family dinners, corporate meetings, and holiday dinners.

The lower level features a modern and spacious Master Suite with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second Queen Suite features two Queen beds and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and new vanity. The bonus room/second living room is perfect for kids, with two sleeper sofas, a 55-inch 4K flat-screen TV, and direct patio access. There's also a full bathroom right outside the door and direct kitchen access.

The upper level offers even more living space, with an extra-large XL Guest Bedroom with two Queen Memory Foam Beds, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two additional Queen bedrooms, one with a sleeper sofa, and one with an industrial-style desk workspace. There's also a convenient half-room with a Twin bed, all with new furniture.

Enjoy the screened-in deck with a stunning patio area overlooking a spacious and tree-lined backyard, featuring a large patio dining area with seating for 10+ guests, a propane grill with gas provided, and a sofa sectional for mingling.
