The lower level includes a spacious Master Suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Suite with two Queen beds, and a bonus room perfect for kids. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms, a workspace, and a Twin bed.

Enjoy the screened-in deck, large patio with seating for 10+, and a beautiful pool with varying depths. The estate also offers a basketball hoop, soccer goals, and parking for 10+ vehicles.


Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire property with keyless entry. Early check-in is available for $50.

INCLUDED AMENITIES:

➜Basic toiletries, including toilet paper and paper towels

BEFORE BOOKING:
➜Please make sure your profile is up-to-date and complete
➜All guests must be at least 21 years old

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest
➜We can host events/gatherings maximum of 60 guests.

CLEANING:

EVENTS/GATHERINGS:
➜ We permit social gatherings and events on the premises, with a maximum limit of 60 guests. A fee of $29 per guest will be charged for any additional guests not included in the reservation to cover event fees.

➜ To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Basketball Rim: Hanging on the basketball rim is strictly prohibited. This action can cause damage to the equipment and create safety hazards.

2. Football Goal: Please handle the football goal with care. It is essential to avoid any rough play that could lead to damage.

Any damage resulting from these actions will incur a minimum charge of $475 to cover repair or replacement costs.
