Less than 10 minutes from Main Street, 1-mile from Skyline Lodge, and a short walk to Flat Mountain Farm and Pinky Falls, this newly renovated and inviting home enjoys cool breezes at an elevation of 3,900 feet. Lovingly maintained and cared for, the welcoming great room features new flooring, cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, and a wood-burning stone fireplace for chilly evenings. The large open deck and screened in porch are perfect for cocktails, dining, or relaxing while admiring the lush mountain views. Master suite on the main floor. Loft with guest room, desk with office chair, and full bath upstairs along with cozy area for reading or puzzles. The lower level has a second living area, covered deck, and 2 additional guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new washer and dryer. Other amenities include fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, wood pellet grill, Gigabit WiFi Internet, Books, and Games.  Sorry, no pets allowed!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors 
Guests are responsible for trash removal (sorry the maid has a very small car). The recycle center/dump is open every day and is less than 2 miles away at: 10333 Buck Creek Road, Highlands, NC  28741

- Cover grills
- Cover table on the deck
- Cover log rack and firepit and put any ash from firepit or fireplace in metal can labeled “Ash”
