Great private beach view from the balcony, updated throughout, including 3 new TVs. This was our 6th visit to this property. The owners are superb, easy to communicate with, and have a person close by to help if needed. The location is close to good restaurants.

Enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from this condo. Everything was labeled and well organized for ease of use. The property contact was quick to respond and fix a minor issue we had. Upstairs bedrooms were too warm for our preference so we had to have split sleeping arrangements.

Abby, We hope that you enjoyed your stay in Melbourne Beach and our townhouse. We are sorry about the heat in the upstairs bedrooms. Normally if the windows are kept closed the AC can keep the temperature at a reasonable level, even in Florida during the summer. I am thinking that the "learning thermostat" may have automatically been turning the temperature up when it sensed one one was around. Certainly a problem that we will need to fix. Great place on the beach

We loved staying right on the beach. The view was gorgeous and we could easily go back to the townhouse for lunch or if we forgot something. Townhouse was very clean, had tons of beach supplies, and all the comforts of home.

Great beach stay

This property was excellent. Beach access and beach view were just what we expected. Lots of things to do on the area. But far enough out of the main town to have privacy. We have stayed there twice and have already booked for next year.

Great Beach Condo!

Loved sitting on the back deck watching the sun rise and listening to the surf. Well stocked, quiet neighbors, convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The private beach is a nice amenity. We would definitely stay there again.
