LOCATION – While this home certainly boasts luxurious amenities, the location is one of the best in Breckenridge. World-class hiking and biking trails are right across the street. The free town bus shuttle stop nearby connects you to the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge within five minutes, and the ski resort in ten minutes. Paved sidewalks make the one-mile walk into town comfortable and scenic.

AMENITIES – This spacious home offers two master suites, open-concept living, kitchen, dining areas, and a large family room. The west facing deck provides views of Breckenridge Ski Area, the Ten Mile Range, and French Creek. The spacious floorplan and vaulted ceilings invite natural light into the space, and the layout offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Magnificent Views

The sounds of the rushing French Creek coupled with the magnificent scenery made this VRBO stay incredible. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our family of 5 visit to Breck. The house was close enough to walk to town but felt secluded enough to have a great trip. Highly recommended!

The house is great and is in a great location. It is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Is about a 25 minute walk into town that is very easy to do. Also was easy to get an uber if you do not want to back up the hill to the house.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a girls weekend. It was wonderful!! The house was very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the views and listening to the creek. There is also a nice trail out back that takes you towards Main Street. The management company was very easy to communicate with, they were always very helpful and responded quickly. Would stay here again!

Our best trip yet!

Every year a group of my closest friends and family take a trip to Breckenridge to get some laps in on the mountain. This year was WITHOUT A DOUBT our best trip yet! The property owners were communicative and extremely helpful. The property itself had easy access to the free ride transportion system which made getting on the mountain a breeze. If you need to stay in Breckinridge with a large group (or not!), this property is an incredible find!! Your group may be fighting over who gets the view in the main bedroom, but everyone can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery from the main floor & deck! Kitchen is marvelous & roomy, & we all enjoyed the fire pit & the hot tub!! Very close to everything you need to see or do…. We will DEFINITELY stay again the next time we’re in Breckinridge, if it’s available…. 10/10 !!

Turned out to be larger than we needed. The master bedroom gets pretty warm in the afternoon and the lack of larger fans made getting it cooled down for the night difficult. Other than that, it’s a great house and location.

It has a walking area behind it for exploring and the 2 car garage was a huge plus. There were so many games for the kids and the master bath is amazing with the steam in the shower and tub that has a fire place and window that looks out to the mountains. I would stay here again on my next stay in Breckenridge!

Escape from Texas Heat

This is the perfect house for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We were a group of 11 and never felt on top of each other. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could imagine. The house is decorated beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent. We were a short drive from Main Street and 15 min from Frisco. The house was so nice we decided to stay in and hang out then we originally planned. If you are a large group this is the place for you.

Gorgeous home, Gorgeous views

Beautiful property, well-maintained and super-clean. Loved the fact that animals are not allowed because our kids have allergies. So happy that we splurged on this home because we ended up hanging around more than anticipated due to altitude adjustment issues. Kitchen was well stocked I'd recommend bringing some laundry supplies: 1 box of powdered laundry detergent was provided but no dryer sheets. Not a huge deal, laundry machines were really nice and new and located in a closet that didn't disturb anyone. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and had great views of the mountains. Loved sitting and just listening to the soothing creek in the back. Hot tub was very well enjoyed. It's about a 25 min downhill walk into town. The free shuttle is very convenient-I'd recommend French Creek for going into town (it's downhill from house) and Vista Point for returning. Mgmt was super quick to respond to any questions that we had. Highly recommend this home!

I’ve stayed in several rental homes throughout Summit County but this was my first time renting from Pinnacle and they exceeded my expectations. The home was CLEAN, and thoughtfully furnished. Between the appliances and housewares, we could have easily prepped a holiday meal in that kitchen. It was not the typical Air BnB kitchen with terrible knives and shoddy cookware. The location was great for us and we found it to be the right balance between walkable to town (25 minute walk) but also felt like we were in the mountains as it’s an established neighborhood with mature landscaping, trails that are literally behind the house, and a lovely creek that beat anything a white noise machine could attempt. My only regret is that we only stayed 3 nights and that wasn’t long enough to enjoy everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The only potential imperfection that we noticed was that the wifi signal wasn’t consistently good throughout the house. So if you will have a large group with everyone needing to have strong WIFI in every room, this could be an issue. Didn’t bother us, but some may appreciate a heads up. We will be back!

The house was wonderful, fully equipped and lots of throw blankets. The location with the stream running behind was wonderful. The only thing you might consider is installing a couple of ceiling fans. It cooled off at night but sometimes it would have been nice having the air circulate.
