Superb luxury house for 2 to 6 people fully renovated June / July 2018 in marine colors in the Aiguillon district, 200 m from the beach / port, 50 m from shops / restaurants / cafe Theater etc ...
It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 beds or 2 beds of 80, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, 1 living room / kitchen with dishwasher / washing machine / oven, microwave / coffee maker / kettle toaster etc ..., a veranda and a courtyard / terrace where you can eat. You also have a Wifi connection / child bed / child seat and cane stroller etc ...
Towels are included in the price (sheets extra)
The owner (winegrower) will offer you a bottle of Bordeaux on your arrival
ps accepts holiday vouchers and well behaved animals
Possibility 1/2 week and weekend from Oct 1 to March 31 (except school periods) decreasing nightly rate depending on the number of nights

Maison qui a besoin d'être rénovée : beaucoup de traces d'humidité au niveau des fenêtres, salles d'eau avec peinture que s'écaille, literies vieillissantes, et surtout maison très bruyante passages de voitures et entrées sorties d'hôtel juste en face a toutes heures.Dernier point pas de parking. Si non il y avait le nécessaire au niveau de la cuisine et très bonne situation par rapport aux commerces et à la plage.

Bruno est de très mauvaise foi : il n'a jamais été mentionné de parking privé .Par contre on peut se garer autour de la maison sans problème et gratuit ce qui est rare à Arcachon .D' autre part la maison a été rénové entièrement il y a 4 ans avec des peintures très haute qualité (introuvable dans le commerce ).La literie n'a que 2 ans .Concernant les quelques écailles de peinture, Bruno ne connait pas l'air marin D'autre part je voulais refuser cette location car mes tarifs n'étaient pas à jour donc location à moins 40 % Heureusement que beaucoup de locataires reviennent car ils sont très satisfaits !!!!

Oui effectivement il y a beaucoup de monde à Arcachon au mois d'aout et début septembre .Durant les autres périodes vous pouvez vous garer facilement devant au en face de la maison

Excellente location

Maison parfaite, très propre, très coquète et très bien aménagée ; il y a de nombreux ustensiles pour la cuisine. Une cour en partie abritée comporte table et chaises, sympa quand il fait beau. Trois vélos gratuits sont à disposition. Literie bonne. Maison très confortable pour deux couples (+ 2 adultes ou enfants). On a chacun son espace. De plus des petites attentions nous attendent. L'accueil des propriétaires est super. Ils sont vraiment adorables et serviables. Le tout à pied est aussi un avantage (mer, commerce, port, gare....° Il est certain que si nous revenons à Archachon nous louerons à nouveau cette maison.
