For a successful holiday with family or friends, with double lounge overlooking a veranda, modern kitchen open to the living room and covered terrace, the villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets.
On a completely grassed ground of 1600m ² without opposite, you will be able to benefit from the heated swimming pool of luxury and the pool cover with its vast wooden terrace and its deckchairs, all entirely protected by a barrier approved for the safety of your children .

Description of the house:
   -The living room of 100m² facing south is bathed in light thanks to the large windows and the veranda. The living room is equipped with sofas and a satellite TV and DVD player in the 1st living room and a large bench in the veranda for convivial moments. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a convivial table for 16 people. It gives access to the covered terrace
   -The kitchen is very well equipped with a large kitchen piano 4 burners, double oven and double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and all the utensils and dishes suitable for large groups.
-The covered terrace is also equipped with tables for 16 people, facing south overlooking the garden and pool where you can enjoy all the meals of the day.
-3 bedrooms are upstairs and 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor for disabled adapted accommodation.
The distribution of the beds is as follows: 4 bedrooms with a 140x200 double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. For your comfort, bed linen (sheet and duvet cover) is provided and beds are made upon arrival.
-the bathrooms are all equipped with shower. 3 bathrooms on the ground floor (one adjoining a bedroom) with a single washbasin each, and a bathroom upstairs with two single washbasin furniture.

For outdoor use, the swimming pool is 12m long and 6m wide with a pool depth of 1m20 to 2m. It was designed with a glass paste coating. The pool is heated from April to the end of September.
The automatic watering ensures a green grass of very good quality where it is very pleasant to walk barefoot.
A barbecue and a plancha are available for your grilling.

An end-of-stay cleaning option is extra if you wish.
The EDF charges are calculated based on actual consumption and settled at the end of your stay.

All aquatic activities on Lake Soustons with a water sports center 300m (kayak, paddle, pedalo, boat trip, fishing, windsurfing), surf school, golf Moliets (27 holes), golf Soustons or Seignosse, mini golf and tree climbing, mountain biking, karting and quad.
Many markets every day on Soustons and neighboring towns as well as night markets.

The Basque country is less than an hour: Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hendaye at the door of Spain.
