Take advantage of the provided beach chairs as you spend fun summer days in the sun and come home from the beach to prepare meals for the whole family in the full kitchen, or opt for an outdoor barbecue with the provided grill, the spacious yard, and the shaded deck. Don't worry about the heat, as there are new ductless mini-split air-conditioning units in the common areas and all three bedrooms.

You'll be within easy walking distance of great restaurants, a market, coffee shops, incredible seafood, and the historic Flying Horses Carousel. The home is also only three-quarters of a mile from Inkwell Beach, Oak Bluffs Town Beach, Ocean Park, and the marina.

This cottage was absolutely perfect! I would give it a 10/10. I traveled with a group of six, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the vineyards. Coming back to our charming cottage each day was the highlight of our trip. The area is safe, quiet, and within walking distance of everything we needed. The accommodations were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay for our family of 6 with 4 kids ranging from 11-17! Location was walkable to many restaurants, well stocked, and as described. We cooked in and grilled, and had all that we needed. Beach towels included was a nice touch. Our only real complaint was the mattresses were poor and needed updating.

Great location and space

This house was the perfect spot for my group of 4 adults and 1 infant. The outdoor space was great and we got to enjoy it in the nicer weather. The space was nicely updated although we did have an appliance issue we were assured would be dealt with after checkout. A quick walk to all that downtown Oak Bluffs has to offer.

Perfect location. Classy furnishings in the living area. Has everything you need in a compact space. We enjoyed making our own dinners. Washer-dryer came in very handy. Beds were a bit on the small side. But having 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for our family of 4 was great

Wonderful house. Aggressively uncomfortable beds.

Everything about this place is great. The location, the house, the amenities (love the outdoor shower), the price, the maintenance. I really do love it. I've stayed here twice, and will probably stay here again. But I'd pay another $150/night if they replaced the mattresses. The beds in this house are not merely uncomfortable. They are uncomfortable to an almost intentional degree. My wife and I joked about picking up a mattress that was on the side of the road, marked "Free". I slept on the couch the last 3 nights so my wife could get actual rest. These are, with no exaggeration, the worst beds I've ever encountered in my life. They are unsleepably soft. We've had other guests with us both times we've visited, and they agreed with us. Literally any other mattress on earth would be better than these mattresses. They are horrible. But the house is great! Honestly, it is. As long as you don't really want to sleep comfortably. I will be back, because I like this house. But Jesus, those beds.

Cozy Cottage

It was very cozy and comfortable to be downstairs and chatting in the living room or eating at the table. Upstairs had 3 very comfortable bedrooms and sufficient number of bathrooms. Since we were 3 people, it accomadated us very well.

This was the perfect place for a weekend away! Walkable to downtown Oak Bluffs and with a car it was easy to go everywhere else on the island. Everything about this place worked great for us! Only complaint was that the mattresses were not great.

This place is adorable! There were five cousins sharing the space and it was a perfect fit. Loved the location and the beauty of MV. I cannot wait to return. I will definitely use vacasa again. Needs a better cleaning service

Although the house was in a good location the cleanliness of the house was an issue. The house had a swampy smell, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests and the mattress cover had blood on it. There were broken blindss and the rugs were very dirty especially in the kitchen.

Great weekend getaway

Amazing house for a vacation/weekend getaway! The house has everything you need and more, from beach chairs to a grill. Walk to everywhere in oak bluffs within 10 minutes. Great porches for hanging out late night or morning coffee. We will be back!
