Southwest Naples Great location

Easy access to downtown Naples, beaches and Naples pier. Also near Botanical gardens and public golf courses. Its about 8 miles from Marco Island. This is a second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath/ split for privacy with a screened Lanai that overlooks the courtyard and a view of the pool. Newer kitchen w/stainless steele appliances. Three flat screen tvs, 2 with cable, stream and watch DVDs on the 3rd. There is a king size bed and a queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stack washer dryer in unit. Linens and towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. No smokers please

Also there is an application required by the condo association. The fee for this is 100.00 . Your application and check is mailed to them. Address will be provided.

NAPLES NATURALLY

The Condo was accurately described in the photos. It was decorated very nicely. The King bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had a nice large closet as well as a dresser for storage. The other bedroom had a queen bed with closet and dresser as well. We didn't use this except for our suitcases. The living room / dining area was large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need to prepare meals. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and beach bag were provided. We used the screened in lanai for cocktails and meals. The pool area was beautiful. This is where community activities occurred. The other residents of the condos were very friendly. There are lots of activities in the area. Weather was gorgeous. Close to pickleball courts!

Quiet Condo in Beautiful Naples!

This roomy 2 bedroom condo was very clean, and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened-in lanai, which overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool was only steps away. We appreciated the covered parking spot for our car. We felt welcomed by the owner and the other residents in this safe & quiet complex. We highly recommend this property!
