LE RHONE - Apartment Lyon 7 with parking
"Le Rhône" is a T3 which has just been completely renovated with a colorful Vintage / Sixties decoration, it is spacious, on the ground floor of a well maintained and very well heated building, located next to all amenities (large supermarket, bakery , pharmacy, pizzeria).
It consists of a large entrance hall, and 2 bedrooms:
- the first with a double bed 160 + 2 bunk beds + dressing room
- the second with a double bed 160 + shower + sink
You will also find a magnificent bathroom with corner bath, vanity unit, washing machine and dryer, a beautiful “SIXTIES” fitted kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishes, etc.), and a living room equipped with a sofa bed (so a total of 8 beds!), flat screen TV, WIFI with optical fiber, underground PARKING space.
Separate WC.
The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guests,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
