"LA CABANE" is a recently refurbished apartment, designed and fitted out optimally for your short-term rentals in Lyon, for your business or tourist stays or if you are from Lyon and need a pied-à-terre for other personal reasons.
You enter the living room with the fitted kitchen, the dining area, the 2 single beds and there is also a single sofa bed (3 people maximum), a beautiful bathroom with spacious contemporary shower, sink and WC.
The studio is equipped with a flat screen TV, WIFI internet, iron, hairdryer, and a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner (shared with the other 3 apartments on the same floor).
You will appreciate the ceiling fan in summer !!

It is located in the historic and very lively Capuchin district in Lyon: a stone's throw away are several theatrical cafes, restaurants, mini markets, boutiques and artists' workshops. At the top of the slopes is the plateau of the Croix Rousse with its famous market in particular, and below the Place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, rue de la République and its many shops going up to Place Bellecour.

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

- 3 other apartments on the same floor for weekly rentals, for your friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase

The place has one chair for a toddler that has sagged in the middle. No place to sit other than the barstools or the couch. I stayed for a month and it was very uncomfortable. The area is next to a very active late-night cafe and often there were parties at 430 am right outside the window. You're only a two minute walk to Hotel Deville and the square but I stayed on the other side of the square before I booked this listing and it was perfectly peaceful. The shower has no door and the rot from the inevitable spray onto the wood makes the place smell like rotted wood. The listing says 'washer/dryer' but it's in a shared space and often in use. I actually had someone try to open my doorknob at about 10pm while they walked down the shared hallway. You have to remove the curtain rod to open the window. I cleaned the place afterwards and the host is actively trying to extort a 5star rating by saying I didn't and saying if I leave a 5 star review she wont charge me the cleaning bill. I swept, wiped down the bathroom and kitchen and gathered the linen to be washed, did the dishes. I think I left something in the refrigerator and realized it right after I had dropped off the keys. Can provide screen shots of the extortion.

Très bon séjour à Lyon. Malgré la chaleur l’appartement à conservé un peu de fraîcheur. La qualité d’isolement de la fenêtre permet de se protéger du bruit. La gestionnaire est très réactive et très disponible. Je recommande
