Quiet Provencal villa with pool near Aix
In the heart of the Aix countryside, in one of the villages on its outskirts, this charming 200 m2 villa, the interior of which was completely renovated in 2016, will welcome you for a great Provencal vacation, with family or friends.
It will offer you the choice to stroll by the pool or in the wood that touches it, or to use it as a starting point to explore the Provencal, Var or Luberon villages, climb the hiking trails of the Sainte Victoire, explore the city of Aix en Provence or its large Marseilles neighbor or take advantage of the Mediterranean sea, its beaches and its creeks. A golf course with a view of the Ste Victoire and tennis courts are also nearby.
The house can accommodate 7 people.
Inhabited all year round, it is maintained and very clean. Its inhabitants are non-smokers. No pets, except 2 fish.
The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms. Upstairs, a master suite, queen size bed, bathroom with tub and separate toilet. On the ground floor, a master suite with queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with dressing room and a single bed, a large bedroom with bunk bed. On this level there is also a bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets.
On request, we can also provide a cot, with or without a cot.
The swimming pool is 9 meters by 4, allowing you to swim as well as to simply play or cool off. A mobile charcoal barbecue will enhance your meals.
The garden is completely fenced and extends over 3 levels, the house being built on the hillside on a terraced plot of 1500 m2.
We or a trusted person will welcome you on your arrival and will be present at your departure. Very attached to the principle of rental and the bond of trust it requires, we will do our utmost to ensure that you have the best possible stay, in return hoping that you will take care of our house as if it were the your.
