The living room, with its warm wooden walls and fireplace, is set back slightly from the dining area. Large picture windows opening onto a large terrace with views over the village and valley, give this living room all the light it needs.

Completed in 2017 and built using the finest materials from our region, the luxury Mont-Royal residence combines modern comfort with Savoyard tradition to blend in perfectly with the resort's architectural and tourist landscape.

The building, which looks like a large Alpine chalet, is located around 350 metres from the village centre, just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants. The nearest ski lifts are around 700 metres away. You can choose between the Super-Châtel cable car in the centre or the Vonnes chairlift up the road to Switzerland. The stop for the free shuttle bus is at the bottom of the residence.

Close to Lac de Vonnes, you'll enjoy family walks around the frozen lake in winter and its enchanting scenery. In summer, the residence offers magnificent views over the lush green valley, and there are just as many activities nearby.
